It's been quiet for us. Enjoying camping and still working on a scrapbook. I wish the other cruises we have scheduled for this year did an FE type of activity. Maybe I can get something started. I am going to decorate our doors, just don't know how well it will be received.

i miss all the excitement of planning and getting ready too!!

but, i have been planning some others.. now i've just got to make a decision on which line and which date... decisions decisions..

We will be sailing on RCI to Bermuda in September so I'm continuing to plan. We prefer Disney but they don't sail to Bermuda yet. One nice thing though is that the port is only about an hour from home.

No green hat or yellow shirt on this cruise, but I will have a kilt for the two formal and one semi-formal nights.

So I have gotten on a roll call for the Norwegian Epic, and talk about boring. I just can't get into it. When they talk all I hear is blah, blah, blah. So it's a relief to still communicate on this thread. Don't know what it is but I don't feel the connection.

Just finished our WDW pics - posted a link on the FB page.

Monday I can start making ADR's for our December trip - so I need to get busy figuring all that out.

Not sure why but I am just not as excited about the December trip as I was about the cruise. We had such an amazing time - I want to go on another one NOW. It will probably be a few years though.

We are hoping to do a major road trip next summer. We have to work around Ian's robing ceremony for his doctorate but we are hoping to go west.. stopping in New Mexico to see his sister, then a few days at the Grand Canyon and ending up in Disneyland then maybe down to San Diego for a few days. The girls and I haven't been back to California since we moved in 93. Ian has been back a few times on business. it would be fun to see the ole "stomping grounds". Even that isn't getting me as excited as the cruise did.

What did you guys do to me????

We currently have 5 forest fires in Colorado going. Woke up this morning the smell of smoke is horrible. Our 100 degree temps aren't helping any. The largest fire is now over 80,000 Acres. Somebody do a rain dance for us.

We went to Disneyland in May 2011 for five nights and had a great time. Its different than Disney World - seems like its more compact but has more attractions per park. Still haven't figured that one out, but it was so much fun. Definitely fit it in if you've got time.

We decided against the major road trip. We have booked a 7 night eastern on the Fantasy instead.

Everyone on the new cruise thread is really nice - but I miss you guys. It is sooo slow over there. I try to get something going but there really just isn't much activity. Really makes me appreciate the group from this cruise. I am hoping the closer we get the more things pick up.
