Gorgeous pictures of the Boardwalk. I would love to stay there sometime! The Brown Derby and Cali Grill both look delicious. For some reason, I seem to be craving one of those Cobb salads now.

Boardwalk is an amazing resort, I keep trying to figure out if I will have enough pennies to stay there again LOL!! ALthough I keep thinking I should try Coronado Springs sometime LOL!!!!!!

Happy Easter!!!

I want to begin by wishing you a most wonderful day!!! I hope however you choose to celebrate or not celebrate you have a fun and relaxing Sunday!!!

In our neck of the woods we will be holding an outdoor service. We have a friend from our old church who has come to present a dramatization. I'm looking forward to being able to watch it and get to know more people (most of the time I'm taking down the nursery and working in there so I don't get to socialize as much as I would like).

In school news, I signed my contract for next year WOOT WOOT!! So it's OFFICIAL!! I will be working next year, of course I knew that the last time we talked, but to have a contract in my hand makes all the world of difference to me!!! I also have been asked to be department chair next year and I will be taking on the title officially but the situation will be more of a co-chair position working closely with the chair now on the how to's!!! So I'm thankful for that!!!

Phillip is in the process of looking for a new job so if you could send good thoughts and be in prayer about that with us, we'd really appreciate it. He would like to find something closer that doesn't involve an hour drive everyday!!!

Alright enough about me, let's talk about my ticker!! We're single digit dancing baby!!!

That's right!! I leave Friday after school (after 4 days of TAKS testing), after being up at 4 am to watch the royal wedding (okay people I had the hugest crush on him in High School if it weren't for that darn not being British thing I was certain I was going to marry William my freshman year LOL) I will be getting on plane (bless the person I have to sit next to LOL) and arriving at MCO!!

So let's talk some details!

1. Will pick up rental car!!! Not that you are shocked by this!!! Once again my late arrival means I would have to go pick up my luggage myself then try to find my way to the ME counter and well at 10:30pm at night I'm just not that functional. So a GREAT deal later (can you say $16/day) I will picking up my rental car and Pepe (my Disney GPS) will guide me to my resort of choice. So where will I be staying??

That's right I'm staying at my beloved POR!!! I love the theming of this resort and can't wait to be back!!! Request for Mansion side has already been made and I'm not above begging upon arrival to have a Mansion room! I'm tempted to find myself a Gone with the Wind Shirt ( in the next 5 days AH!!! ) and wear it to make my point!!! Let's just cross our fingers!!!

This trip is definitely a girls trip!! Saturday morning I'll be meeting up with some of the girls (the rest will be arriving later) and I'll be eating at a first for me!! KOUZZINA for brunch!! I'm looking forward to it!! There will be a total of 5 of us going to be there to take on Flower and Garden and the rest of the world!!!

I really don't have a lot of plans for this trip only because I didn't want to have a lot of plans for this trip! However, I will tell you that I'm going to the spa LOL and I'm hoping that a delay by a day will let me and Tracy (mannatra) see the shuttle lunch!!!

Okay in other upcoming trip news! By using the newly released AP code a resort switch for the June trip was made!! I'll be going into more about that trip when I get back...at least let you know where I'm staying, who I'm staying with LOL (hopefully you have that figured out by the title) and a little about our adventures!!

Of course I could always let it slip that another trip has been planned LOL!! That's right apparently I'm a two at a time ticker gal!! Once back from this trip I'll have to make myself a new ticker!! So what will I tell you, well I rented points from a very lovely DISer who is absolutely fantastic at the whole planning thing!!! She's so good at it she made a career out of it (Can you guess who?) It will definitely be another girls' only trip!! Oh and much food and wine will be partaken of!!!!! And that's all for now!!! Wait, there might have been mention of costumes?!?!?

Well I just wanted to give you all a brief update on what is going on in my life!! This week is our TAKS week (our standardized testing) so between that and packing and whatever else I need to do I probably won't be around much. I do hope to give you my day 3 in the next couple of days though!!!!

Jen - that's an awesome rate on the rental car! It makes me want one, although I hate to drive on vacation. Ride in a car - YES - Actually drive it - NO!!!!!!!

What time do you think you will be getting to POR? I hope I get there around 6 or 6:30pm and then I am heading to Epcot to meet Melissa.

I am really looking forward to breakfast the next morning. I am looking forward to soaking in the atmosphere of POR before Cynthia and I transfer over to BCV. I hope we have some POR pool time on Saturday before we head to DTD.

POR was my first on site resort and it holds a special place in my heart!
