The back if cinderalla castle is not lot theroy

After seeing Kathy great picture in face book and hearing Pete I was wondering if the reason they don't light the back is due to the fire works don't they shoot off some or at lest their air canon ones maybe that could be a reason.

Or maybe they mixed up and got Disney land ones and and had to string them together to make it big enough for the real castle.

I highly doubt the fireworks have anything to do with it. I think they believe most people are in the front of the castle and not the back. One thing I think they will realize is with the expansion of fantasyland more people go back there. I would not be surprised if next year or the year after once the mine train is done especially the castle gets the added lights.

yeah was trying to come up with a reason disney wouldn't finish it when they go into great detail with everything else.

Did the back of the castle this year during MNSSHP and it was sheer awesomeness! It was really neat to see how the fireworks are coordinated from two main areas and to have them shooting off above us.

I doubt they will decorate the back of the castle as not many people take a picture of it from there. People are more likely to take a picture of the front then the back even when they painted the castle pink during the 25th I think they left the back as it was.

I don't think its so much about the pictures. They should do something with it I saw a picture of the back today and parts of the back have some lights it should be that hard to just finish it and make it look descent it doesn't have to look amazing just good so it doesn't look so bad.

again more poel take picture of the front of the castle then the front they really don't care if the ack is decorated or not. It's just not something they see as being a priority. Just like how people at home don't usually decorate the back of their house unless you are one of those that have to do it clark Griswald style and have lights all over the house.

But no one goes in your back yard people go to the back of the castle. Especially with the new fantasy land they should have something back there I'm saying the whole things but something that looks descent.

I have to agree. I have watched the fireworks from the back and it should be decorated.

There may be many reason why they don't decorate the back of the castle the biggest one I think is they don't care. To them it doesn't make sense to do it s why bother. If it is a big deal to you complain at guest services, posting about it or writing to disney won't really do much as they tend to take feedback from guest in person as meaning more.

I just don't see why it's such a big deal to poel that they don't.

How about we do all of these things? Why not complain to guest services AND post to the disboards. Especially when Pete has a complaint about it as well.

Besides perhaps this is way to find others who feel the same.

Perhaps one day Disney will decorate all the parks completely. Not just sections. Still maintain that Epcot looks like a Christmas Wasteland until you reach World Showcase. A moment of silence for the Lights of Winter. More garland more trees just more. It's Disney for gosh sakes it's supposed to be over the top.

Mine is. I used to work at the fast food in Fantasyland. The first time I experience fireworks as a CM I thought they were bombing the building. Perhaps your theory is true BUT....

I just dont see that as a good reason why they aren't decorating the back of the castle more especially when they are decorating Belle's village area which is much closer. It's just very jarring when the front of the castle is covered in lights and then you walk to the back and there is so little decorations. If not the lights then maybe they can put more decorations on it to make it look more festive.

Sorry I don't think I am getting my point across very well. I just think that as long posters want to have a discussion or offer an explanation to a situation they should be able to.

Thanks I guess I meant more the ones that shoot in the air behind the castle that looks like a Christmas tree for the party. And they was put in when they started doing wishes.

No not to me it more out if curiosity like since the window of the restaurant their did they not want to go over them or near them. And that why the didn't do they don't have to I don't dare just wondering why it one if those things that make you think.

Actually now with new fantasyland I think they really notice it not everyone but more than before. New fantasyland has a lot of new holiday decorations now. I'm not saying do everything I'm just saying make it look descent with a little bit of decorations.

Even with new fantasyland they still aren't likely as the potential of a fire hazard far out ways what a few guest may see. Safety always comes first.
