I believe I have successfully purchased park tickets and linked them to each member of my family on our room reservation. :faint: I was able to link the tickets immediately after purchasing them will call online -- no 24 hour processing delay. But the most important advice for anyone trying to use Disney's website is the back button. Whatever weird thing happens, hit the back button. Don't try to call technical support. They will try to discourage you with a message that says, "Due to unusually high volume of calls, your wait will be more than 30 minutes."

I used the back button three times while making a resort reservation and twice while buying and linking park tickets. :headache: And I haven't even had the chance to make FP+ reservations yet. This is one reason technical support is experiencing "an usually high volume of calls."

If the system tries to take the entire price of your purchase from your Visa rewards redemption card, warns you that the balance is exceeded, and refuses to take anything from the credit card you have entered, hit the back button. If you are trying to link tickets to resort guests and nothing appears on your screen except the words "*required fields," hit the back button and your tickets and guests will magically appear.

Proving the time-honored phrase,

"Take two steps forward, and one step back."

Thank you for the advice! I will be trying this very soon and good to know I can "go back" if I am frustrated (which I fully expect to be!) LOL!
