The Bachelorette-May 24-NO SPOILERS

Ok, Craig is creeping me out. Good for you Ali, by calling him out and asking him why he's even here. He's a very bizarre dude. Send him home, please.

OMG, I just had a revelation...the weatherman guy is Ali from last season (constantly telling Jake that Vienna is no good) who keeps telling her Craig is not a good guy. And Craig is Vienna! Let's hope she doesn't keep him around though! That she's smarter than Jake was.:sad2:
See, I was thinking Justin (is that the "entertainment wrestler"'s name?) was Vienna. :rotfl: Although I never liked Vienna, they never really showed us why the others didn't like her. A lot of the guys seem to dislike Justin, too, just because of his job. I think it's too soon to say he's another Wes, though. He isn't going around showing off wrestling moves, and even if he was, how much fan crossover would there really be between the Bachelorette and pro wrestling?

I was really glad she sent Craig home, though, what a jerk! It's obvious he was the school bully and hasn't outgrown it. But then his little pirate tirade at the end was so darn funny, I almost wished she kept him around for the entertainment value! :happytv:

Did anyone else notice during the rose ceremony tonight the camera messed up and showed Jonathan with a rose before they showed Ali giving him one :happytv:. I thought that was hilarious!!! They better double check editing next time.
I missed that, but wasn't there also a scene with a brief glimpse of a woman saying "sound check", or something like that? :rotfl:

Sorry :(. I know how you feel about spoilers. I hate being spoiled on a show when I don't want to know them. I accidentally found out about Vienna last season and it ruined the whole thing for me. But ... don't most TV shows threads work the same way? I usually feel pretty free to discuss the show after it has aired here in the East Coast/Midwest and the West Coasties know not to wander into the thread until later if they don't want to be spoiled.

We should probably discuss it as a group and decide if we can talk about the show after it has aired if if we should wait until the next day. Personally, I enjoy being able to talk about the show right away but it won't kill me to wait. I guess my question is, would it bother the West Coasties to wait until the next day while we talk about it? Or should everyone sit on their hands until the next day? What do other people think? I don't care either way but I think we should have an agreement so some people don't feel hurt or surprised again.
I'm in a later time zone and I also think the east coasters should be able to discuss the show as it airs in their time zone. I don't think it's too much to stay away from the thread for a few hours (or days, if I recorded it), until I've watched it. I think we can also talk about previews, right? I hope so, because I'm about to, so if you don't want to see it, skip my last comment.

It seems like a guy she really likes, too. I just hope it's not Frank! I know that a few of you say you don't like him, but I think he's cute, he's this season's REID! Quirky :goodvibes
That's exactly what my dd and I said, he is this season's Reid. :thumbsup2

We thought it was him that Ali slaps in the preview. Of course, that means nothing. It could have been a whole different context and they are just playing with us.

I'm a huge proponent of no spoilers, and I was also blindsided with the Vienna situation last season; ruined it for me too. But I think it only makes sense for everyone...West Coasters, or just people who DVR it...to just stay off the thread until they've watched the show. That seems to be the easiest and most logical approach.

This is what I do. I just watched it today so I just didn't get on the thread until now. Makes the most sense to me.

I don't think I'm crazy about Frank. One date and she's his girlfriend?? Whoa, dude slow it down a bit! Craziest thing is Ali didn't even blink when he said it to her face!

This is only the 2nd season of this show that I've watched. It is so interesting to see the difference between it being a house full of women compared to a house full of men. Girls are so much more catty and "sweetly" mean where the guys are on testosterone overdrive and just put it out there.

You know, I think you're right about Justin, he's the new Vienna. He seems to be getting alot of air time in the previews and there's some sort of confrontation with him and the othe guys at some point (from the preview clips). LOL about the fan crossover of wrestlers and Bachelorette viewers!:lmao:

So far, Ali seems completely smitten with Roberto. She could not stop blushing and giggling. He seems like such a nice, normal guy too.

Craig was really bizarre. I loved that she asked him if he even liked her. I think he did the show for fun and wasn't serious in the least. He was constantly walking around like he was ready for a fight. I'm sure the producers are ticked that Ali sent him home so early in the show! He would've generated some good ratings I'd wager!

That preview clip where they showed one of the guys storming out and Ali chasing after him, I say it's either Frank or Casey. Frank was being very possessive after what, one date? That would've freaked me out if I was Ali, especially when he kissed her at the rose ceremony.

I guess I consider spoilers more like the stuff that Reality Steve posts about who ends up in the bottom two, winning, etc. It didn't occur to me about people in later time zones, sorry. I'll do whatever the majority rules. I do like posting during and right after, especially since the SO isn't watching this season. That way I have someone to hash it over with. :thumbsup2

I thought it was cruddy that Frank took over one of the other guys one on one time that didn't have a date. (can't remember who) I mean, you already have a rose.

I always wonder, can the Bachelor/Bachelorette say no if someone interrupts them with someone else? I can't remember it ever happening.

I give Frank a pass for this ONLY because he's on The Bachelorette and trying to make a point to get the girl. I can't imagine him doing that IRL. :scared1:

I completely agree with you about spoilers...spoilers are something that come from another source, like Reality Steve. If it's on the show, or in the previews, it's fair game to discuss.

It seems like EVERY season, a person with the rose interrupts those who haven't had one on one time before the rose ceremony, and every season, it looks bad. You really have to wonder how much they (producers) just let things happen, and how much they influence things.

I'm assuming the Bachelor/Bachelorette CAN say no, but they're probably also encouraged to move things along.

I can see how someone might FEEL like a boyfriend, after the dates they have...they seem to be ALL DAY...and then get a reality check when they get back to the house. Did I just say "reality"?

This show aggravates the heck out of me...EVERY season. :lmao: Next season, too. :rotfl:

Yes, spoilers are based on the fact that the show is ALREADY OVER and there are people out there who do know who won already. I don't want to know, it ruins the show for me.

This is a discussion board, if we considered every time zone we'd NEVER be able to discuss a show! :confused3 Shhhhh, Australia hasn't seen it yet!

I think it's a little early to make decisions on the guys but I like Jesse, even though he's young he's adorable and humble. :flower3:

I've had WAY too much experience with "latin lovers" to be turned on my Roberto  and Frank gives me the heebies AND the jeebies.:sad2:

What a lame group this year and JEEZ not ONE of them filled out those speedos! :scared: :rotfl:

speaking of producers staging stuff - does anyone really believe the the dude with the broken leg walked to where ali is staying??

unless she's next door that ain't happening.

plus who told him where she was??? do you think he just happened upon the house or did he follow her. he must be a fast runner to follow her in the car

never the less it was a creepy stalker thing to do - i'd be freaked out if some guy i hardly new showed up at my door without being invited.

i also think the creepy, loser, violent guys are a set up to cause "drama". how else do you explain so many dudes that get tossed the first few weeks.

I was on the ABC website today and there is a link to purchase the calendar!!LOL!!! Not in this lifetime...but there was an awkward pic of the Weatherman in that HORRIBLE speedo..he was playing tug of war with a couple of the others....just not right:rolleyes1

Now you are making me go look. It's like a train wreck. :rotfl:

Craig M really creeped me out. He seemed to flinch and make weird faces all the time, even when talking to Ali. TOTAL weirdo!! Even though she kept Weatherman I certainly don't think he has a shot.

I could not stop laughing after that!! :lmao: My dh kept saying he is an actor. I totally think that he was and the network put him there to stir the pot. Some of the things he was saying made it so obvious. I told my dh he was not going to get his full paycheck from ABC as I doubt he made it through enough shows to earn it. I kept thinking of Tori and Dean's reality show everytime the camera showed him. He was a character!! ARRRRGH! LOL

T-r-a-i-n-w-r-e-c-k spells "A season of The Bachelor/Bachelorette".

I'm dying to know about the part in the previews when they showed the guy with the bandage on his wrist/lower arm and something with a building and police cars and danger.

I was thinking it was Creepy Guy (can we call him that?), but now that he's gone...

And am I the only one who kinda likes Jonathan? It was a bit rude that Creepy Guy was making fun of him, taking his clothes, etc. And calling him "Weatherman" because "I don't know your name, dude". Why don't you just ask him what his name is?

Maybe I've been hanging around the swim team pool too much but Speedo briefs don't look strange to be anymore. I see a LOT of them on the swim team boys of all ages and I predict that they will become more popular in the general population. You heard it here first!

I seriously doubt it and certainly hope not!
