The Avengers at Islands of Adventures?

Hi there!
I am really hoping that the avengers (or some type of superhero) have a meet and greet at Universal Studios. If so is it at Islands of Adventures or the other one? I have 2 kiddos that are hoping to meet some type of hero while we are there in february 2015

At IOA is Marvel Superhero Island..You can see/meet Spiderman, Green Goblin, Captain America, Dr Doom ,Xmen ( Cyclops, Storm,Rogue, and WOlverine).Keep in mind they are the comic-book version of these characters.

Last time I was there the superheroes all came zipping in on 4 wheelers. It was pretty cool, near Spider-Man ride.

This is the key to your expectations. They are NOT the movie versions (costume designs owned by Disney or Fox studios).

On the plus side, there are plentiful M&G's and they will mingle when they ride in on the 4-wheelers.

Spider-Man also has a semi-permanent Meet & Greet site across the road from the Spider-Man ride. They'll take your picture with him in front of a green screen and put in a comic book cover background too.
