I will be leaving the first week of March and I just can't stand the excitement anymore :rotfl2:. It seems like March is so far away!

What do you all do to keep yourselves busy up to the exciting day you leave!

I think I am cracking up! :lmao: :lmao:

:rotfl2:
I usually drive the non-DVCers around me crazy!
It's not on purpose...I just can't help it!

Anyway, I like to look at recent photos put up on
The Dis and add them to my screen saver. That and
just being right here to answer threads like yours keeps
me going! Unless your a DVCer, no one individual really
can understand and appreciate how we all feel about
Disney. Let's face it...life's tough...Disney helps us
get through it...sound right?

I keep myself busy by trying to figure out how much time I have left to loose 10-15 more pounds, also I look forward to my manicure and pedicure scheduled the day before. (Packing has to be done by then). I hear you - I am getting really excited too!!! :tink: We are going to be there at the same time!!!

Lets see....
try watching Disney movies
watch the planning DVD
listen to Disney music
go to the Disney store and walk around (helps you think you are on Main St.)
go buy a new bathing suit
make envelopes for Mousekeeping
get a map out and figure out how long it would take you to drive

do I sound like I am getting impatient waiting for our trip in April??????

Hmmm busy....

well you can do as I am right now---be late for work almost daily because "I just HAVE to read some *DIS* before I go"

Then there is writing a list for packing, writing a list of things to do there, scheduling ADR's, planning kids outfits depending on park (they have "themed" shirts) go to work and brag that in 3,2,1 weeks I will be in Disney enjoying some sun while everyone else is cold here....

HAHA there is MUCH more I do to stay busy..my countdown started @ 180 days and it is only 13 days and some odd hours to go!!! WOOOOHOOOOO

I am feeling for you because I am in the same boat.... We are going in April and I have already started packing:earseek: .Our trip is all I can think about I am that excited to go!!! My DH thinks that I have lost it I know.

LOL that is so me! it is your first time at Disney?? I really hope it is as magical as you can imagine..and your kids are adorable!! :Pinkbounc

I know, I know.....We leave for our first trip on March 7th, I think I have read the cover off of my Unoffical Guide to Disney book. My dauthers have viewed the planning video hundreds of times. I am sooooo excited. But logging on the board and reading others trip reports have kept me grounded and sane.

overly excited 1st timer!!!! :hippie:

I know how you all are feeling! My family and I will be taking our first ever trip to Disney from March 22-30. I am so excited, I feel like laughing, crying, screaming, and jumping up and down, all at once! lol. I don't know what I will be like when it gets really close.

We don't leave until the last week of April and I am so with you...I have been working on making Custom Autograph books for the girls to take, updating my need to buy list (which keeps getting bigger), Making mouskeeping envelopes, and reading the boards.

I have been before a couple of times. They were preformance trips with my baton corp so they were more focused on that then the Disney Experience. My DH went when he was 12 and HATED it so I am on a mission to convert him. Our girls have never been in fact this is our first real vacation since we have had the twins and they are 4. I took them to the beach last year by myself but that was to see family and was no fun because we missed "daddy" so much we ended up comming home sooner than planned.

SO..... yes I am considering this our "first" trip to Disney and I am so looking forward to the magic of seeing things through my DD's eyes. I get all teary eyed just thinking about different things I have planned for this trip like the character meals, seeing the castle for the first time.... We have had a really rough few years recently and this is the marker of new beginnings for us as a family so that in its self I think is magical.

We will be arrivng Easter Sunday.
