Hey! I'm thinking of doing the American Idol Experience in May. Any song suggestions or just advice in general?

just note is will take up a good chunk of your day if you make it past the first round. take you're time in the red room and don't sing show-tunes!

i've auditioned twice. the first time i sang ireland from legally blonde and told me they weren't looking for show tunes. the second time i got to the second round, rushed the 'red room experience' and didn't prepare for the audition.

I am also going to audition for the American Idol Experience in May too! What day do you plan on doing it? I am thinking of doing it on May 31. I am either going to sing Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson, No One by Alicia Keys, or Home by Daughtry. I hope you do a good job.

for second round auditions you can only pick from a list of 100 songs, and some are gender specific.

i'm definitely auditioning for the third time. it's the charm right? i know exactly what to do and what not to do, plus my belting has gotten stronger since i last auditioned.
