Nope--kind of like on All-stars how they wanted to pick off the winners. If there was a way, they'd like to pick off these two.

That Rob really irks me. Not sure quite why, but I'll be glad to see them go. It was rather amusing to hear the other team talk about them. Hopefully, they'll fall victims to a yield.

In my opinion, there are certain teams that are jealous of Rob and Amber. All they could talk about was them! So they won a million dollars (or is it two?), they have every right to be there just like the rest of the teams. I honestly cannot stand the two girls that finished first tonight...I was hoping they would not be first and I will not be rooting for them at all! Talk about whiney!

Anyone else not super impressed tonight? I thought it was kind of eh. Maybe I'm just so bitter about Rob/Amber that it spoiled the show for me. I really hope they go soon. I don't see them adding any humor like so many people keep claiming.

ITA. The girls that came in first & the son part of the mother/son team must have said "Rob & Amber" a hundred times. They need to worry about themselves.

So far, I like Rob & Amber & the brothers (Brian & Greg?). Of course, it's way to early to have any real opinions, but they are who I liked tonight. Oh, and I like the former POW & his girlfriend, but they seem a little lost. I don't think they'll make it too far.

I enjoyed the first show but then I don't mind Rob and Amber being there and other teams being threatened by them amuses me. It looks like a fun season to me.

So far I like(in no particular order):
the boyfriends
the mother/son
the POW/beauty queen
the brothers
and dare I say it.....Rob and Amber. I wouldn't want to have them over to the house for coffe or anything but they are the right type of couple for this show. They're very full of themselves but they add entertainment I think.

We'll see if my thoughts change in the coming weeks.

By the way, I was glad to see the big good ol' boys ousted right away, they started wearing on me from the word go.

The girls that came in first are already annoying me...why do they keep telling each other "I love you"? They're friends, not lovers, right?

I'll confess, this is my first time watching the show and the only reason I watched it was because of Rob and Amber. But in the end I think it is a very good show. I think Rob and Amber will throw a nice little twist in it because they are not really wanted there. I also think there will be alot of arguing between the dating on and off couple, they don't seem to get along well.

I was upset to see the "big good ol' boys go. I thought they were fun.

I really thought the old couple would be the ones to go. The husband just looked so tired when they found out they were 5 blocks away from the place they need to be. They just are not the cute little older couple from the last show.

And I don't care for the beauty queen. I was really hoping that the POW would do well. But after two hours of her, I want them to go, just because of her.

But I love the boyfriends. They are just fun. When they compared that mountain to Splash Mountain, I busted out laughing. But it looks like they will run into some trouble next week. I hope it dosen't hurt them, I would like them to stick around for a while.

Don't have a team yet, that just has to win, to early for that. But I have a few that I hope will last longer than most.

The off again/on again couple is our Jon & Victoria this season I guess, only hopefully not as bad.

I'm rooting for Rob & Amber to do well. Of course I'm a huge Survivor fan. Those other teams need to concentrate on themselves and not be constantly wondering where Rob & Amber are, etc. Oh my gosh, GET OVER IT!!! The more people are against them the more I'm gonna root for them!

I think the boyfriends are funny and I like the POW/beauty queen team and the old folks. The girl teams are confusing to me right now but I know I don't like the one that has the redhead. Did they come in first? Ick. I hope they take a long time to ponder each choice like they did tonight. Oh dear!

I'm just glad to have Amazing Race on again! Yipee! Maybe it'll take that horrible Bachelorette taste out of my mouth!

I really enjoyed the episode looks like it'll be a great season.

So far I really like- Amber & Rob and The brothers.

I also like The boyfriends and the older people seem nice.

I don't like- the Mom & Son and Bianca & Debbie.

I like the son and mother team and the married couple from Houston so far. The boyfriends are pretty funny too.

For me it takes a few episodes for me to really have a favorite. I am still having trouble keeping track of all of the teams.

I did like that the 1st place folks got $10,000 each.

HUGE Rob and Amber Fan here. Loved them on Suvivor, love them (so far) on the race. Rob just tickles me for some reason. I hope they do well and stick around for a long time.

I also really like the mother and son team, who came in second tonight. (right??) lol

A little bit of back stabbing... tonight, with the blonde girls telling the other team it was the second pile..... fool me once....

I have never watched The Amazing Race before, but I watched tonight especially because of Rob and Amber. I am a loyal Survivor fan! The Amazing Race is a pretty good show, and I hope Rob and Amber go far in this.

I want to say 13 epidsodes. There will be 8 eliminations, 4 non-eliminations and then the final (2-hour) episode. Who knows, they may throw in a clip-show somewhere too. And yes, they will travel all around the world. Next week they'll probably end up in Asia or Europe.
