No one else is disgusted that the sleaze is paying people to not help the other teams? That's ridiculous if you ask me. That guy makes my skin crawl and if no one jumps out at me next week to be a team I like, I'm done with this season.

oddly enough, no that didn't bother me. I'm surprised that no one thought of that before. I think so far that in this season all of the teams are working so well together that you have to create some sort of edge. And who knows, this may come back to bite Romber in the end, what happens when they run out of money eventually?

They won't because he keeps pocketing the money from his "allies". And I think no one thought of this before because it's just not right. If people ask the right questions they should be able to get answers, not "locked out" because some hoosier got there first and threw some hush money around.

No way is Rob stupid - he is a graduate of Boston University - an excellent school. And he adds so much fun to the game with his antics. At least he isn't yelling at Amber like some of the guys on previous shows. They are a team. They know they are not liked by the other teams and they don't seem to care. Can you tell I love them?

If you mean the Tendercrisp Bacon Cheddar Ranch ones with Hootie (sans blowfish) then YES I am so sick of that commercial!

Rob and Amber are playing well but once others figure out that they are not allies but users I hope their luck runs out. I just think Rob is a bit too coniving for me.

I like Joyce and Uchena. I thought I liked the mom/son team but they just don't seem to be making good decisions. I cant' figure out how they ran out of money.

One thing I do like with this season so far is that all the teams seem to appreciate the beauty of the scenery as well as the people.

When I finally tuned in, I was wondering where is Rob and Amber?? Then it finally hit me! THEY MUST HAVE ALREADY MADE IT TO THE PIT STOP!!!

I thought it was VERY clever of Rob to bring the Outwit, Outplay, Outlast mindset to Amazing Race. He is using everything available to win the game. That's the point, isn't it? He realized right away that they didn't have enough money to do the shopping, unlike the Mom/Son team.

I never realized that he graduated from Boston University. I'm not bothered by the paying to get ahead. On previous races others have done things to get ahead or try to prevent others from getting on planes, trains etc. It's all part of the game. Rob has also been more generous then I thought he would be in helping some of the other couples.

Tulirose--- I guess you will have to adjust your schedule to remember to watch AR.

Ahhh come on people... its a game... you do what you have too do, they are only mad coz they didnt think of it first...

I am a huge RomBer fan, but in this episode I thought he was a bit more snakey than I like... LOL Blocking the back door was over the top, but I loved how he didnt contribute to the bribe. I would have loved to hear the conversation that convinced them all to give him the money.

I wish AR had live feeds like BB!!!

I don't watch Survivor, so I'm not acquainted with Rob and Amber, but I've gotta say that I think they're pretty fun to watch. A little nasty, but not incredibly so.

Rooting for them, the black married couple, the mom and son team, and the old folks couple (since I always hope the old folks make it far).

However, I'd like to see the POW win. Seen him on a couple shows, and he seems like a genuinely nice guy - And what a service he's done for our country.

**gack** I really dislike Rob and Amber. Yes, Rob's deviousness is somewhat entertaining. I spend most of the time saying "I can't believe they just did that!" when they are on the screen. While Rob stabs everyone in the back, Amber just looks on fresh-faced and adorable instead of the two-faced little Rob alter-ego that she is. Would that face lie? Yes it would. Peas in a pod. Rotten peas at that and they are taking the rest of the teams with them.

One of the reasons I like the AR is that the dirty tricks are far and few between. Not this season. Even if Rob and Amber are eliminated I think their sleazy tactics (very successful, BTW) will leave a lasting impression on the game. Why try to win something fairly when you can lie, cheat, steal and bribe instead?

I waited for the who season of Survivor All-Stars to get rid of those two. After watching their play, I am afraid that I will have to watch them for the rest of the AR season. I'm just not sure I can do that.

ACK I hate that commercial...LOL When I first saw it I was overwhelmed with all the different aspects of it (and not in a good way) also the BK King creeps me out....have you ever seen the one for the new breakfast sandwich where the person wakes up and the king is in bed with them? YIKES!!

Anyway....back to the subject at hand....
I also agree with you on how Rombah is playing the game...I didn't like them at first but now two episodes into it im starting to change my mind, the fact that they play as a team and don't scream at each other makes me like them and then I really think that Rob is playing smart by trying to get ahead any way possible...I about died when he said what the other teams don't know is I pocketed my $$ and used theirs to pay off the driver...LOL

Mornin All!!

Even though I am not a fan of Rob's (after watching him on Survivor) you have to give the guy credit where credit it due. This is a game and he is playing with all he has got. I would assume that when you are racing around the world the pressure is always on and my hat is off to him if he can find ways to get a "leg up on the competition". He didn't break any of the rules of the game - he just used the situation and people to his advantage. Waiting for the others to catch on

Still too early for my to root for anyone couple. Don't really care for the older couple - I think she whines and wails too much. Wow is her husband patient.........also the mother/son team - Mom stop whining!!
