I'm another one who's not particularly interested in seeing "Rambuh" on AR, or the "dueling dysfunctionals" on Dr. Phil. Aren't there enough other people that could do these things? Out of 280 million Americans? Sadly, I always considered AR "a cut above" most reality shows, now it just seems like they're more concerned with pretty and/or wild people instead of interesting places and challenges. Sigh. A shame, really.

I just think "ratings ploys" will cheapen the show.

Hi, I just found this thread and I'm so psyched! I I LOVE TAR but hubby hates it so I watch alone every week and have no one to talk to about it.

I am of course as glad as everyone else about J&V being eliminated. Can you believe that after screaming at her so much for coming in SECOND he's all understanding when they actually lose?

As for Adam & Rebecca, I kindof like her but OMG he's such a mama's boy. Now let me say that I have a teenage son and if he went on national television and yelled "tell my mom I love her" I'd think awww how sweet. But after he said it for about the tenth time I'd really start to worry about him.

I'm actually glad Rob & Amber are going to be on TAR. I've watched Rob on two seasons of Survivor and he's a fierce competitor. I really think he'll be fun to watch.

Does anyone remember on I think TAR3 the couple from New York? The girl had applied to be on the show with her brother but he was killed in 911 (I think he was a firefighter) so she ended up going on with her boyfriend who was also her brother's best friend. They were such a great couple. Kris & Jon remind me of them. I hope they win!

That would be Zach and Flo from season 3. She whined the whole time and wanted to quit every week. Zach had the patience of a saint to put up with her! I'm not sure how I feel about Romber but I think they will be entertaining.

After running a marathon with the flu--I totally empathize with Kendra this week...when you have stomach problems--it just SUCKS!!!

Sorry to see Lori and Bolo go. They even said earlier that they were taking time to read the clues CAREFULLY, so I'm surprised that's what tripped them up in the end.

I thought that was hilarious too! I don't understand why Bolo didn't run up the steps and try to meet Lori on her way back down. But then again, Bolo never seemed like the sharpest knife in the drawer....

I didn't really think that I would be sad when Lori & Bolo left, but I felt bad for them this time. Yes, it's their own fault for not reading the clue. But, you know they're going to be kicking themselves for the rest of their lives for that one tiny thing. I wish Lori had said something a little nicer at the end instead of blaming Bolo. Even Jonathan had nice things to say when they lost.

That was the funniest thing! I'm sad Lori and Bolo are gone. I was really rooting for Adam and Rebecca to lose this leg. I like her ok (although to be with him there must be something wrong with her), but how much more of a girl could Adam be?

That was hysterical....I was rolling.
I missed the first 10 minutes or so. What was the story with the relay racing?
I was sorry to see Lori and Bolo get eliminated, they were fun to watch.
Kendra's elitist attitude is disgusting.
Kris & Jon seemed thrilled to be first.
Rebecca and Adam need to go next...I was hoping to see them go this week.

Well I am a girl, so no, not in general . Adam is all of those things, but I was speaking more specifically about his um, lack of male "qualities" (for lack of a better word.) I guess Freddy said it best when he called him a Nancy Boy.

So to not be offensive to the other women out there, perhaps I should rephrase to "how much less of a MAN could Adam be ?"

ETA: I also wanted to chime in on Kris and John. I think the reason I love them so much is they see the beauty in everything around them and in each other. I loved when they first got to Sri Lanka and Kris was saying how beautiful it was with the elephants walking on the streets. They never get so caught up in the game that they don't appreciate the amazing experience they're a part of. I also loved the way Kris tried to comfort Bolo at the roadblock. They're a real team, a class act, and I hope they win it all!

I am bummed to see Bolo & Lori go. I really didn't like them in the beginning but you know, they just grow on you. I was hoping it was a nonelimation round, but it wasn't. Oh well....

Now I am just rooting for Kris & John. I love them. They just seem like a really nice all around couple.

Although I like Rebecca, I can not stand Adam! He needs to GO!!!!

Hayden & Aaron are OK, I guess, I am not their biggest fan though.
