Last nights episode was great. The more I watch, the more I don't care for the GT's. First it was scaring the other girl about going down the slide and making it even harder for her than it already was and now they are knocking people over and saying it's not their fault and they will be looking for revenge. Geez!! I wish they could just show them the tape of what they did, thier mothers would be ashamed !

I like any of the other 3 teams but my fav out of them is the brothers or the blonde couple. They are the only ones who ahven't driven me crazy.

Well I will miss the father and son. They were one of our faves. Now our only faves left are the Globetrotters. The other two teams are "fine" but just kinda blah. At this point, I'd like to see the GT's win but would be fine with any of them winning.

I agree! I really liked "Pinky and the Brain" a lot and was VERY disappointed that they didn't beat out the other couple. My second favorite are the GTs.

Okay, here's what I don't get...... The brothers have seemed willing to work with other teams the entire race. First it was mostly the poker players. The last couple of episodes it has been Cheyne and Megan. However, they seemed to have not liked the GT from the start, and we've never seem anything on any of the episodes about what started this rivalry.

Cheyne and Megan really are the team to beat. They seem like a really nice, strong couple who work together well. Unfortunately, that doesn't really make for good tv, so we don't see a lot of them. I noticed they weren't in any of the clips for next week. Is that because they just blew everyone else away or just not involved in the drama?

Truthfully, I dislike the brothers more each week, and I didn't really care for them all that much in the beginning. LOL!!! Seriously, they have been whining more than Erica these last 2 episodes. Erica, OTOH, has been much better.

Really, the only team I want to watch to the end is the GT. A final 3 with the other 3 teams would be rather boring I think.

We noticed "the blur" too. But the brothers are gay, and one of them said something about the "hot guy" volleyball players so maybe he had a....um...."problem" that they didn't want showing?

I was really sorry to see the father and son go, I really liked them. I think they had two problems. The first being when the son didn't know what a candle la-bra was. It probably took extra time (how much, we don't know, could have been 2 minutes could have been 20 who knows) to get that figured out.

And when he didn't get the last word on the parchment, he thought they had to go to the Pik Herman Tower, and they thought they had to be inside the tower or something when in reality they had to go to the garden so they lost time there as well.

I'm rooting for Cheyne and Meghan now. Then Brian and Erica. Then the brothers. With the Globetrotter boys last. I just don't feel that the GT guys are as deserving of the money as the other teams. They have had a professional career, and personally I didn't think they should have been on the show at all. I like them, but feel they sometimes have an unfair advantage, especially when they wear their uniforms. That shouldn't even be allowed.

I still cannot stand Miss America but I think Brian is still a great guy.

I like that he is not willing to win at all costs. I think he is a fair man and wants to win fairly.

Hmmmm, I wondered if it was because they thought that there were some "Estonian Hotties" I loved this challenge and was really surprised that Meghan did so well.

I like them, but feel they sometimes have an unfair advantage, especially when they wear their uniforms. That shouldn't even be allowed.

Was it when they were trying to get a taxi, they yelled hey, we're the globetrotters, the Harlem Globetrotters, doesn't anybody want to give us a ride?

I liked the show better when it was just us common folk.

I thought the brothers had been saying that they see the GTs as their strongest competition, so they want them out simply to increase their chances of winning. They keep saying if it came down to to a footrace, they know the GTs would beat them. What I don't get is why the GTs seem to have it in for the brothers. You'd think they'd realize Megan and Cheyne are a bigger threat. It does seem like something may have gone down between the two teams, but why wouldn't they show us? They usually love to show us the drama, and create more when they think there isn't enough!

Yea, I liked the GTs at first, but they are starting to rub me the wrong way the way they are trying to use the celebrity status. Wearing their uniforms is especially obnoxious.

The blur had me a little confused, too, and my dds cracking up! The brothers are getting annoying and Ericka is getting better, but I'm still rooting for Megan and Cheyne.

First of all ... our Estonian menu:

* Herring in cream sauce (I skipped this one!)
* Roasted pork butt rubbed with mustard, rosemary, garlic and salt.
* Medley of roasted root vegetables: white potatoes, purple potatoes, carrots, and parsnips.

My friend was supposed to bring a dessert but she canceled about an hour before the show and I didn't have enough time to pick something up.

I still like them and I like them even better now that Erika is less whiny. I admire her drive to win and I really like Brian. I think he still is a bit "too nice" and I hope it doesn't bite him in the butt any more than it has.

Globetrotters (Flight Time and Big Easy)

I can see why some folks don't like the Globe Trotters. They *do* wear their GT outfits quite a bit which is to their advantage, but how many outfits can they actually carry in those little bags? That's what they packed for the trip and that's what they have to wear. Who knows ... maybe they *had* to wear the GT wear as part of the agreement for them to participate. Speaking of which ... does anyone know what their t-shirts meant last night?

Still, I like the GT a lot. They flip with Team Zebra as my favorite team. They are competitive and the have a good sense of humor. They seem to be very nice, they get along with each other well, they don't fight and they get along with the other teams except the brothers.

Meghan and Cheyne

I hate, hate, hate Cheyne's name *and* his hair. I know it's petty but I can't get past it. I thought it was somewhat dirty to grab the cab from Brian (I could not tell who had the cab first but it was close) and then explicitly tell the driver to stop calling for another cab for them.

Sam and Dan

I have disliked these two from the start. First they were hiding that they were gay while ratting out the Poker Chicks and now they are just plain mean and whiny about the Globetrotters to the point of being annoying. In addition, they seem to be eating each other alive with their sibling squabbles, fighting and sarcasm.

I've never thought it's been about 'deserving' to win the money (do you mean as in, if you are poor, you should win?), but about who read the clues clearly and played the best and was able to win. Since AR choose to put them on, and I'm sure they knew they were GT, they probably made sure they had their uniform with them. Celebrities in the past have used whatever they had to to get ahead. All the better for them, if they were able to get someone to recognize them.
That said I'd like to see either them or Meghan and Cheyne. I did want Erika in teh begining, but her whining drove me nuts.

I agree, that when Erika stops being whiny she is a good racer. I really like Brian, as well. They seemed to have fun doing the sling shot challenge last night.

The t-shirts are in honor of a friend who passed away. I don't remember exactly who it was, but they talked about it on one of the earlier episodes.

As far as their wearing the GT gear, I still say the brothers are making a mountain outta a mole hill. Anybody from any team, could go out and buy sports gear - I used NY Yankees earlier as an example - and wear the ball caps, t-shirts, or jackets. The likelyhood of running into someone in the country they are in, knowing the they aren't a member of the Yankees is slim to none, but the Yankee name is recognized any it could or couldn't get you additional help. I have yet to see on the show where FT and BE have gotten help, just because they are members of the GlobeTrotters.

I sooo wouldn't pronounce Cheyne as Shane. And his hair is pretty funny. His always looks like he had to spend a fair amount of time working on getting it to spike up, while Meghan looks like she bushed it and pulled it back ready to go.

Why shouldn't the GTs use their "celebrity" if you can call it that to their advantage- it's not like they are NBA stars- if Kobe and LeBron were a team that would be different-- I think they are the most entertaining of the teams- for the most part they have kept a good attitude with each other and are enjoying the experience - that is why so many people like them- the brothers seem to be constantly yelling and complaining that's not fun for anyone to watch.

WOW, so sorry to see the father and son go. I did tear up when the dad hugged his son and said he loved him just as he was. sooooo sweet and I'm happy they got something out of hte race if not $1 million.

As for the blurs - maybe the warm, squishy mud and Estonian hotties got to them? LOL. I mean I could see the one playing in his undies maybe had a wardrobe malfunction, but the other one was in his shorts!

Erica and Brian - they did good last night. And to her credit, she always looks great!

Cheyne & Megan - I really think SHE is carrying them. He can't make a decision to save his life - he's always so hesitant. Maybe that's why she is so up his behind all the time?

I like the GTs to win, but at this point wouldn't really mind any of the remaining teams winning (the brothers get on my nerves though with all the negativity). THey all are where they are because of how well they played. I don't think there was any luck involved for any of them.
