I posted this on a different thread and no one was really able to answer it, but since you are the 'Transportation God' I thought maybe I'd ask here. We are going from POP to Blizzard Beach during one of our days and would like to hop over to the BB mini golf course while there. How close is the golf course to BB? Can you walk? Are there busses from the golf course to the resorts or would we need to go back to BB to get a bus back to Pop? Thanks, every time I've gone it's been during Christmas so I've never been to a waterpark!

Don't worry, contrary to what you may have been told, BUSES WILL BE RUNNING that early, and if you let the driver know, he or she may be able to take you directly to the Contemporary. In the highly unlikely (but possible) event that a driver cannot take you directly, it's a short walk or a short monorail ride from the Magic Kingdom.

You'll want to be at the Magic Kingdom bus stop around 6:30am. This will give you plenty of time.

AM... PM... it's all the same to me! LOL Well then, 6:30pm would be the golden time to catch the MK bus.

We at Disney actually use military time, and depending on the department, fractions. (so, 6:30pm would be 18.5) It's been engrained into me, all my clocks are military, so the whole AM/PM thing just boggles me!!! LOL

Winter Summerland is AT Blizzard Beach. It's just a few steps away from the entrance. Buses will run back to the resorts about a half hour after Blizzard closes. After that, only the Epcot bus will run, and that will be until 8:45.

I rode out the hurricane at Pop Century. I have to say that all the cast members were great! Here are a couple of photos I took.

The pond actually had waves and the rain was hitting the yo-yo icon and skittering off the top. The It was quite an experience!

My daughter and I ducked out for this quick picture before the worst part of the storm hit:

They re-opened the food court after the storm and I went down to grab a drink at 12:45am and ran into Mickey, Pluto and Tigger.

Is there a way that we can all write letters to Disney letting them know what a GREAT WONDERFUL FABULOUS employee they have in you. I mean, you have helped SO many people! You lose sleep to be on here and answer our questions. Would you get in trouble if Disney knew you were giving advice as an 'employee?' If not, how could we explain you to them because I'm sure there is more than 1 Tyler working there Do you have an employee ID number or something that you could PM me? Where would I send the letter. I just really think you need some recognition (or extra pay ) from Disney for all that you have done for them. You basically singlehandedly filled up the new POP resort for the first year +. You deserve something!!!

I think if there's a place to send letters, there'll be a flood of them to cover someone's desk, if it ever gets started here. I was so pleased in January when I met Tyler that he is just as friendly and nice in person as he is here. And now everytime I read his posts I can still picture that smile. Even though he's now wearing purple pants again, I will never think of Pop without seeing that face. Also when I'm there in a few weeks, I will not board or see a bus pass that I won't look to see if it's him. Before, I had a positive impression of the "Purple Pants People" as a group, as I have had many great experiences with transportation people, but now I have a specific face to look for.
