I am sooo excited!! I have been calling CRO everyday trying to switch my res over to the POP with my email code,but it has not been available ...I'm one who prefers the POP or a Deluxe. I miss a balcony too much at moderate and now with the POP having the lake there is somewhere nice to walk...AND it's not far from anything being so centrally located.

Anyway, I got this incredible CRO person this morning who checked the nights one at a time and built a reservation. She began at the end and added one one night at a time until she got them all. Now that's one great CRO CM! (Disney does call them sales agents on the phone, but I asked and have been told they think of themselves as CM's.)

I am so happy I could dance & cheer!!!!! I think I will!

We returned from Pop last Thursday and we really liked it there. I dont know what the noise problems people were talking about, but we didnt notice that much noise at all. We slept well every night.

We also loved the buses, we never moved our car the entire week we were there.

We were in the 70's section on the third floor. Room # was 0316, we were in the big wheel section on the back side on the lake side. We were very satisfied with the room.

I didnt take any pictures of the room, but some great pics of the icons around the resort.

We found that we were very centrally located. We were right behind the main building and was a short walk to everything Pop.

We stayed in 50's last time, but now I've read so many good reports about the 70's that it might be fun to request that section this time!

We also stayed in the 70's last time, and loved walking by the pop-jets & the twister game. It was great! I'm hoping we get there in December too!!

This may seem like a silly question, but.....

I know they have Coke products in the food court, but can anyone tell me which kinds? Is it just coke, diet coke, sprite?

Normally I only drink Pepsi; just wondering if there is anything I would like

TNT21 - From what I can remember - they had the following:

Coca-Cola
Diet Coke
Sprite
Caffeine-free Diet Coke (I think )
Some type of Minute Maid - maybe Pink Lemonade
Cherry Coke

The fun drinks were the Coca Cola & Blue Raspberry Slushies & Hot Chocolate machines!

Someone else might remember some other options better - HTH!

Okay, here's a strange question about POP locations. I've stayed in 50's and will be returning in December...what I'd love is to be in a section that has Palm Trees or palm bushes. Anyone remember? I know there are some around the 60's pool, but do not want a preferred location as that is probably the busiest section.

When I stay at a moderate or deluxe it must have Palm trees - no WL for me...coming from Boston and having grown up in warm climates I relax as soon as I see those Palms!!

We actually found some pretty good deals with the Q & C vouchers at Everything Pop. Yes, Beaches & Cream is a good deal too, but Pop oftentimes was almost as good and much more convenient. Check out my dining report for more details Have a GREAT time!
