Has everyone looked at the information layout at Disney's online web site? This is a great improvement over last years display. All your resort (Hotel and DVC) and ADRs in one place, also it copies and pastes great into Microsoft Word so you can save it offline. I have removed my confirmation numbers for my rooms and ADR's, but they are listed.

Yes! I love this new system. It is so much easier to see everything.

There is a print button also, but I have found that it eats up a lot of paper. If they would create a printable version I think they would have it just about perfect.

I used the print button and found that to be very true, that is why I now copy and paste it into word and I can format it to my tastes.

Hint: What your first photo should be of at or before your trip to Disney World.

I always take a photo with my contact information for home and my WDW resort, that way if my camera is lost and turned in the guest services they know how to find you.

I wish i would have thought about that last time i went, we lost the camera the day before we were set to leave :( thankfully we had taken more than one camera and photopass so not all of our pictures were gone, just a big chunk.
This year, probably because now I'm super paranoid, i'm gonna bring multiple memory cards, and swap them out every day. Luckily, I used to work at an electronics store, so I have about a million and 3 memory cards around

Here is a great explanation of Disney World Tickets.

Disney World Vacations: "Magic Your Way" Tickets
"Magic Your Way" is the current way to buy passes at Disney World, and is structured as a base ticket plus options. Key point to note is that the price per day drops as your number of days increases.
Magic Your Way Base Ticket
With the base ticket, guests can visit one theme park per day. (Note to first-timers: you'll definitely find plenty to keep your family busy for a whole day, in a single theme park!)

Example of how the price-per-day shrinks the longer you play: daily price might be $84* for a 1-day ticket, $32/day for a 7-day ticket.
Keep in mind: your multi-day tix must all be used within 14 days!
Park Hopper Option
The Park Hopper option lets you come and go at multiple theme parks on any and all days, for the length of your ticket. Cost is a flat $52* per ticket, regardless of number of days.

Magic Plus Pack Option
This option adds visits to other Disney World attractions beyond the theme parks: choose from the two Water Parks, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park, and more. Cost is $52* per ticket and the number of "plus" admissions varies from 2 to 5 depending on the length of the ticket.

No Expiration Option
The Magic Your Way Base Tickets expire 14 days from first use. When you add the No Expiration Option, you can come back for unused days at any time in the future. Cost varies with the length of your ticket: for ex., $10 for a 2-day ticket, $55 for a 7-day ticket.

I read somewhere to put your phone number on your camera. Most of us will likely have a cell phone on us, so if we lose our camera someone could call and we could get it back faster.

I hadn't seen the new layout! I'll have to go poke around. :D

That's a great idea! And not even just for Disney... if you leave it at a restaurant or kid's bday party, someone could call you easily without having to look at your pictures.
Thanks for the tip!:goodvibes

this made me remember something else... in your contact list make sure to have a 'home' programed in (a land line would be good). I cannot tell you how many times people have forgotten a cell somewhere around the hotel I work, and I had to go through leaps and bounds to get in contact with the owner.... that is, for any owner who didn't have a 'home' programed in, on those phones I phoned the home and explained the lost cell, much to their happiness.

(for those who are wondering, the leaps and bounds i've taken was to figure out the cell number, then use that to figure out the service provider, then call the service provider, give them the cell number AND the pin/code under the battery and get THEM to call the person and let them know where to call to get their cell back. that was for the blackberry. all cells that do not seem to cost an arm and a leg, well, if no home number they sit in housekeeping until tossed. so sad!)

I have finally finish my menu planning worksheet in Excel. We use this as a guide for the kids. We have found out it really helps them with the meals as they are somewhat overwhelmed with the number of choices. It is also good in the car on the way there as planning their meals gives them something to do. If you would like a copy I have placed it on my share space in Microsoft Live here is the link: http://cid-bd19937a5cdde76b.office.live.com/self.aspx/Disney/Share.xlsx
You will need to add or delete the menus you need for your trip, also it is to big to view online so select download and save - edit on your PC.

I have uploaded a photo from Disney world. Can you tell me where in Disney World the photograph was taken?

Also no one has guess where #1332, #1328 and #1321 was taken.

I think this is at AKL, but I'm not sure only stayed there once in 2006, so it's been a while. The other two, I do not know.
