WDW is what you make of it. It means different things for different people, and different people will come away with different reactions, and that’s OK. For me, we were sitting at Poly tonight wondering what to do. I joined the Narcoossee's walk up wait list with a 60 min wait. Walked over, sat in the main lobby for a bit, got the text, and am now enjoying a nice meal (first time here actually, and I’m totally embarrassed that I’m wearing sandals). We stayed here back in October and had a great few days, walked over here a couple of days ago just to see some CMs we met. WDW is not always perfect - and gosh knows there are changes all around - but for us, the product still offers great moments and a quality experience.
Really? Unable to articulate ur point of view without the K bash? There is no Club Service atm as far as I know. So the offerings "woefully lacking" isn't even possible.
Also, I call shenanigans on the CM telling you how ashamed they were at the situation, bc that's basically putting their job at risk to bad talk their employer to a guest.
This whole story reeks of "karenism."
I would bail out too with all the comments in 2 different threads.
I re-read the “ visitw/ castmember friend walk up to the concierge floor to see the view perhaps and then castperson kinda sad too for the guests . No way did he say he got any food or beverages at club level.
Uh they specifically state that offerings were woefully lacking. Is that a euphemism for closed?!? It didn't read that way to anyone else.. . concierge I know escorted us
. . . the offerings there were woefully lacking
Imagine going through life only looking for the negative and ignoring the positive.
Perhaps he meant they cutback the decorating on the upper floor levels... It was sparse. Maybe sparse is not the correct word but it felt empty and hollow .Uh they specifically state that offerings were woefully lacking. Is that a euphemism for closed?!? It didn't read that way to anyone else.
He's allowed to state his opinions. And we're allowed to tell him he's being ridiculous. Funny thing about that free speech, it works both ways.
That's a stretch to say the least.Perhaps he meant they cutback the decorating on the upper floor levels... It was sparse.

If you wanted to catalog all the reductions and construction Everywhere , it would be dismaying . DISmaying
I respect the COVID Policy and truly hope it is not being used to implement cutbacks...
It just feels that way. And original poster has the right to voice his dismay from Disney .
