The Aaaah bra ...

Lane Bryant does fittings and I've heard that they have some cups up to H, so I need to head over there at some point.

I wish they would give cup sizes. Or at least, what I'm looking at doesn't have cup sizes. I think it looks like something I would wear to bed to around the house. But I highly doubt it would be enough for out and about.

I'm a 42DD and the best bras I've had in a long time are actually Target Gillian and O'Malley nursing bras! They lift, separate, support, and are actually comfortable. They're also $14.99! I'm going to keep buying these well past my BFing days.

Those were some of the best bras that I ever bought! I stopped breastfeeding 5 months ago but still wear them for the support.

Vanity Fair...Age Defying Lift Bra is the BEST! They are often on sale at Belk for 19.99

I have to say... Probably not a good idea to buy bras for Christmas presents unless it's like your 11 year old daughter who has been begging for a training bra. Just too personal an item. Everyone has their own personal preferences- and even my closest friends/family I wouldn't know their size anyway.

I'm a 34DD and have tried a bunch of different bras (Wacoal, Le Mystere, Chantelle, VS, etc) and have found Bali to be a godsend - these bras are so comfortable and I really don't mind putting them on and wearing them. Good luck

Before I sized out of a D/DD, I always bought Bali - those are great bras too, but I couldn't find them in the size I need now, so I switched to the Le Mystere. My mom swears by Wacoal.

Wow thanks for all of the replies!! I bought a few cool lane bryant bras, balconette ones, but my ****s fell out of the tops. But when I first put it on and they were all tucked in tight wow! What definition and separation! I'm going to go to Pennys tomorrow and try on a few bras.

I am still trying to figure out if Aaaaah will actually hold/support my girls. Like a pp said, my dh said those don't look like they will be able to hold your ta-ta's... I wonder?

I have tried the aaah bras.... they're OK. VERY comfortable, nice wide straps, but not full coverage. And, they tend to give you this "uni****" look.... little separation. You're much smoother in the back, and extremely comfy. I wear them under heavier shirts, or sweatshirts where a perky look isn't critical.... and if you need MORE support, you can try two of them at once. I've not done that, the support I've gotten is fine.... I'm a very full 42D cup, and the XXL fit well. When you take them out of the package, you'll think - no way... no way will these fit! Just step in or pull over your head.... give them a shot.

I buy Dillard's brand bras. Regular price is 30 dollars. I also like this bra I got on clearance at Dillard's. They have professional helpful fitters. I were about 38DD now that I'm fat again. When I was thiner I wore a 36DDD. Anywhos, Dillard's has a semi annual sale in the bra/panty department twice a year. I usually go to the big store in Scottsdale and buy out everything in my size. You can get boring beige all the way to woohoo red even matching panties. Great brands and great deals.

So do you think the XXL or XXXL would fit a 42 with a larger than D cup? Like H cup or higher?

I have the Le Mystere Tisha on ebay for $28. Also like the Age Defying Bra mentioned above.

I used to be a 40 F. Now I am a 36J.
The best bra that I found for comfort was a freya bra.
For cuteness I like the Le Mystere.
The Elon Bra does the lift and separate pretty well.
My favorite sports bra is the Enell. I call that thing my bullet proof vest. With 15 hooks in the front, i can run and not give myself a black eye.

I have given up on finding any bra that is comfy and providing the support I need for less than $50.

Just wondering but who wears a bra in the house? I hate them so much sometimes they don't even make it to the driveway.:rotfl2: After I have my kids, I see a reduction in my future.
