Updated - CLUNK! Got to move the big 50 pound scale weight to the left one notch. Yay, now I only have to set the big weight on the scale at 100. That feels good. Now I just have to move the little weights to the left a little more.

My pants fell off last Saturday. :rotfl: That was nice too!

Now I just have to stay away from Rita's - do you guys have that place? I guess it's probably better than, say, Dairy Queen, but it still can't be good. I should check.

Not sure what is said but if you were referring to the loud thunk of the 50 pound weight change when losing weight ...then "You go girl!!"

I missed the post, but it sounded like it was good news! Congrats! (if it was!)

I thought we were supposed to come here to brag!!! I know when I weighed what my driver's license said under weight, I told EVERYONE I came in contact with. "Wanna see my driver's l.? I actually weigh that!" It felt so awesome.

So brag away, my friend, brag away.

Aw that's okay. I had just commented on how I'm so excited to take one of those big heavy 50 pound weights off of the scale when I weigh myself. Right now I'm teetering at 150, down by 14 pounds since Feb (150 isn't a terrible number, btw, but is way too much for my body type). So any day now, I'll step on the scale, set it at 150 and it will be too much. I'll get to move that big weight to the left. Kinda cool milestone.

CYBER HIGH FIVE!!

btw -- it's fine to brag about milestones on your way!!! :teeth:

Yippee skippee!!!!!! That is the kinda excitement we LIVE for around here. Great job.

14 lbs is great. Its even harder to lose when you have less to lose so don't discount your success. You earned it. :thumbsup2 Anyone losing from 5-200 lbs has a struggle its all the same struggle.

I got to do that at my gym unfortunately it was horribly broken as it weighed me in a whole 50 lbs less than I know I am. :rotfl: But you know it got me dreaming of the day it will be there again. :goodvibes

Oh and people here seem to stick in the threads of groups so a lot of times you will get nothing here. Sometimes its discouraging, I know, but there are people who care a lot.

I know what you mean. I am at a weight that most people would be happy to be at, but I'm only 4'11''. People think that I should be happy with my weight, but for my height and build, I still have 20 pounds to lose! I get the "what are you complaining about? I would kill to be your weight" from people all the time. 14 pounds is great! Stick with it, and you will be at your goal in no time!! Be proud and share your accomplishments here! :thumbsup2

I am glad you came back to let everyone know what you've accomplished.

I thank you for your inspiration. Way to go!

Nothing is wrong, with being interested in your good, hard work and accomplishments, being shared!
It is so wonderful, at what you accomplished. Now! the key is to maintain that weight loss, for I all too well know, the opposite of that, as a result I am a expert at regaining weight! (ugh)(silent, and not so silent scream!) ;)
Please, maintain that loss, do not end up like me!

I just want to thank you all for your kind words. I updated my first post with a real update. At first I wasn't sure whether I should brag about my results. But you all are SOOO nice here. Thank you!

You brag away. I live for everyone's ups and downs. We all like those "downs" better though.
:cheer2:
