Now that they have been rescued they may have alot of offers for whatever reason (book deals, a movie, guests at a soccer game). You think Disney would step in and bring them and their families to Disney? My guess is that by years end Oprah will have them all on her show.

Since this isn't really a trip planning issue, and not something that has been mentioned by Disney at all, I'm going to move it to the community board.

I like the fact that when each one of them came up the crowd chanted C-H-E-L-I-E. and then the newscaster tells how an American drilling expert created the shaft, and NASA created the capsule that brought the miners up. Seems to me they should have been chanting something else!

Disney might do something for them but I really doubt it, it would just be part of a cheap publicity stunt and I for one don't think Disney will stoop that low, but I've been wrong before. I really feel for those guys thier lives have been changed forever and I can't say in a good way.

I'd say she'll have them on. She had the PA miners on.

I really hope they'll survive all that is to come--seems like a drastic lifestyle change. I hope their marriages last and families stay intact.

A huge tour group holding up flags similar to the Texas state flag and chanting "Chi Chi Chi Le Le Le" over others chanting "Brazil" or "Argentina" or "France" or "England" or "China".

Or how about being invited to the Super Bowl game like Chesley Sullenberger and Jeff Skiles and their crew were? No, to the miners, football is a completely different game played with a round ball.
