Our local Fox channel had a piece on about some of the former Idols. Bo was part of it and he said he was going BACK to Afghanistan to entertain the troops. I found this.

American Idol finalist, Bo Bice, visited the troops in Afghanistan to perform for them and thank them for trying to help defend the United States. He seems like a decent guy and I have to admit that when I see these stories about the various Idol stars going over to visit troops I find it impressive. I’m almost 100% sure you couldn’t get me on a plane to that part of the world right now!

I wish Carly was doing Kady's because I think she could handle that song much better. Kady's choice is one of my favorite songs and it took me a good three weeks to calm down after Katharine McPhee butchered it in season 5.

I'll be holding my breath this time, hoping for "doesn't stink" but prepared for the worst.
