We are a couple without kids & we love our trips to WDW.

P.S. Next time you have to give Jellyrolls a shot if you like the sing-a-long to go with your Cappy & Coke.

Just read your report from beginning to end and loved every second of it!! DH and I got there the day after you left (also stayed at POP) and your report makes me want to go back already! Glad you both had such a wonderful time and took things at a relaxing pace. You have a way of writing and entertained us all.

PS, on our honeymoon to WDW 8 years ago, both dh and I got "sheet" upon by seagulls. I got it on the *ahem* chest and dh got it right on his head. Gotta love the wildlife!

I am sitting here in the middle of stomach virus central with 2 toddlers. For a few brief moments I got to be a barfly enjoying every word of your reports. Thank you for my own Calgon Moment. My brother is the one that always suggest I reach for Mommy's little helper in these situations....a little Vodka(ok I am a woman so let's be clear a Grey Goose straight up with ice and yes make that a double thank you ) but now I think I know what I truly need....Honey where is my Leatherman?.......

Amazing trip report, it's giving me the Disney fever so bad! I'm not going to the parks until May, scheduled for a big AKL trip in September - and I highly recommend AKL, I used to stay at moderates and the first time visited AKL for a dinner I freaked out and said to myself, YES, ONEDAY YOU WiLL BE MINE. I was determined to stay there and now I'm stuck... I can't imagine staying anywhere else! But I digress...

I was going to say that I can't help but wonder, given your thirst for Cappys that you could really live it up on Disney Cruise Line. Hey, I'm not a salesperson for DCL, but I am a big parks fan and my partner and I tentatively went on our first cruise last September (7 day western caribbean on the Magic), I mean up until the day before we were thinking, oh my god, are we gonna miss our chance to see the parks this year, and all I have to say is - yee haw! - now I spend my time plotting how to do WDW AND a Disney cruise in the same year, I am equally addicted to both. And if you like drinkin', maxin' and relaxin' DCL is your place. Anyhow, you wrote an amazing trip report and clearly share my addiction for Disney, which reminded me that I STILL haven't written a trip report for my September cruise! I'm lame. But you've inspired me.

ps- DCL has really really really cheap drinks. And at the end of trip they have to empty all their open liquor bottles before returning to port, so they have lots of two for one specials. Now that's what I call the happiest place on earth!

My husband was at the International Home Builders convention...with a WDW annual pass and did not even make it to the parks! Now if I was with him...

It sounds like you had a great time, it is fun to get away with just the 2 of you. We went with another couple 5 years ago and had a ball, left the kids behind. It was a great relaxing trip.
