ROCKS!!!! Last night I decided to go over my ADR's and change a couple of things. While I was going through all of them I noticed that my 1900 Park Fare reservation was noted as CANCELLED. I did NOT cancel that reservation. I tried all evening and day today to get another reservation. I decided to call the 1900 Park Fare directly. I spoke to a really nice guy named Matthew that told me he wasn't able to reach anyone in the restuarant but he would put me through to the manager's voice mail. Well about 30 minutes ago she called me back and told me how sorry she was that my reservation had been cancelled and that she would fix it. Within a couple of minutes my reservation was reinstated, and the time we originally wanted and I have the confirmation number on my list! That was so GREAT!!! I thanked her repeatedly and told her she made my day! What great service!!!
