just found out that Disney approved my resale! i'm so relieved... i'd been gearing up for a long agonizing wait , but amazingly, it's been approved less than 2 weeks after the contract was submitted to Disney.

ok i had to run out to lunch/errands. sorry, i was so excited before, i forgot to include details!

it's 100pts Sept-UY OKW w/ 68 2002 pts banked and all 100 2003 pts.
$72/pt, buyer pays closing costs.

not a super deal or anything, but i really wanted a small contract... and the small contracts come and go so fast that i just decided to bid high on this one.
(i'd tried to bid for 2 other 100pt contracts, but they were both gone by the time i called back, so i jumped on this one when it came up a few days later.)

I am glad to read that you got it and thanks for posting the details. I am waiting on an OKW resale also for $72 per point (after losing a BWV back to Disney for just under $70/point). I am now feeling more like it will go through.

I just found out that my BWV 150 pt resale is going through! I was holding my breath. It is Dec UY, $70/pp and buyer pays closing. I'm waiting for the paperwork.

Congratulations!!! We're waiting too (sigh) We're paying a lot for our 100 points at OKW: $76 per point, April use year, 85 banked 2002 points, all 100 2003 points $450 closing costs. We bought high because we heard about Disney buying back the lower priced timeshares, plus we could use the banked 85 points.

Congratulations again... hope we get the same thumbs up! SOON!

Thanks for remembering! I thought about buying at Beach Club direct from Disney, but figured I would try resale one more time. It went to Disney on March 11th +/- a day or two.
