That took a long time!!!

I got through right at 7 am and only just got off the phone with dining CM. I was on for a total of 1 hour and 23 minutes!! The computer kicked her off at least 3 times. I was able to book everything I wanted though so that is good! the only thing was it wouldn't let me do the split stay stuff. But I did get these for the first week I am there:

Chef Mickeys (dinner-arrival night!)
Crystal Palace (dinner)
Boma (dinner)
Plaza (very early dinner)
Ashkershus (late breakfast)
Donald Safari Breakfast
Kona (late breakfast)
Spirit of Aloha (tier 2)
Le Cellier (at 6:15 pm...nice..)

I booked the harder meals already so I am not too worried about the next set of meals!

My 90 day was yesterday and I was on for 47 minutes... I thought that was long! After the first "system crash", I had the CM book each one separately... because the first time we lost our LeCellier and Fantasmic packages and Chef Mickeys.... GRRRR!!!

In the end though, we lost a few times, but what's a 1/2 hour in the big picture I guess. I'm just glad we got them!

Le Cellier (8/1 dinner - 6:30)

after it crashed the first time she started doing them one by one for the first few because once it crashed on CM's and LC I was really nervous! Luckily she was able to get them back (different times but close). After that it was literally one by one. That is probably what took so long. I also had to give credit card holds for two of them so that added time. i was getting so nervous when i would hear her say...'on no-it did it again' .....who knew there could be so much stress in this! And I get to call back in a week for our next resort! At least CM and LC are done!

Glad you got the reservations you wanted. Hopefully they will work out the kinks in the system and it won't crash the next time you call.

My call took 119 minutes! Mighty close to 2 hours! Thank goodness I have long distance servce on my phone!

I can't believe they're STILL having these problems. I called several weeks ago to make our ADRs and experienced the exact same troubles. You'd think they would have ironed out the kinks by now. Sorry to hear about the frustrations some of you have been experiencing.

I know!! When she got kicked off the second time she said maybe she should transfer me to someone else? I was like...please don't....I am sure they are having problems as well. And I didn't want to get back in the que. I am surprised how bad it was. Of course, when it was 180 days I always just called Member Services (with DVC) and they seem so fast and smooth. but i was scared to wait until 9 am to call them (thats when DVC opens) since the bookings are at 90 days now

I must be really lucky. I made reservations yesterday and I was on hold for less than 30 seconds and had all my ressies in 10 minutes. Called back today to make some additions, CM came on the line immediately after I got through the automated system, and I was finished in maybe 3 minutes at the most.
