there was this girl in the town square and they asked about 10 guys if they would be her boy friend. i told her that you shouldn't ask random people on the internet the be your boy friend because you never know who or what they may be. i also told her that vmk didn't support boy friends and girl friends. She stopped. about 5 minutes later after getting all the credits from npc's, i walked on the main street. there was that same girl asking another bunch of guys to be her boy friend.

the only things i have against the taken thing is that its so annoying and you never know who or what it might be.

I agree with you! This taken thing has gone on for far too long! Girls and boys should not be doing this. What is the point? Its not like you can exchange address or phone number. VMK has seriously need to take care of this problem.

If those kids parents saw what they were doing, then that would just give VMk a bad name and reputation. Lets try to keep VMK safe and clean!

I have had boys to that to me and Nasty!! One ever chased me around the room asking me because i have a green flip! I felt sick and left.now im scared about who is my friend. Be sure to know your friends before u let them be your friend. It sickens me to read peoples signatures and they say things and it makes me want to.. Before my friends list was full a guest aked me to be my friend and left the room without my knowing so i didnt know if it was a boy or girl, i accepted the request and i got a message from him ( i knew it was a boy from what the letter says or, i dont want to even think about it! ) it said, " You are hut I <3 u want to come and make out " Ah i deleted so fast.. Ah!

For the most part, I agree that this taken thing has gotten way out of hand. Especially if you are a boy just trying to enjoy the games and your friends, like me. But I admit after being chased by every pink princess on the site (and there are tons) I gave in to the taken thing.

In the beginning maybe I did it for selfish reasons. Then I started to really hear some of the gross things being said and maybe now I look at things differently. My vmk girl is my age, we have alot of the same interests in the game, yet we realize it is only a game. And more important, she is safe while with me as are her little pink princess friends. I do not allow certain things in our rooms and boot ppl that are gross or cause problems with these girls.

So maybe it isnt so much being taken as being a big brother. My little brother feels the same way as I do.

So guys try being taken.....you can play more games that way

I agree that some people in the game are really gross about the taken thing,
but I have had the same girl friend since almost the beginning of the game we have a lot of things in common. It is nice to be able to be with a special person and have someone to take care of. We play the games, sit and talk
and give each other space to explore the game alone. I think it also has to do a lot with the maturity of the people involved. I think taken is a lot better than the mummy duh duh and bay be thing. Just my two cents worth

Anyone notice it is mainly the girls running around asking the boys if he is "taken"? lol. Since last July, only two people have asked me if I was taken lol. I created a boy mule to see what would come of it and in one day, about five people asked if I was taken.
