Those songs just mean so much to me.

Hmmm, IDK?! lol

Mainly that one part. The story's kind of long but here it goes. When I was 11, my mom moved to Montana and tried to get custody of me. But my dad won by bribary. I only get to see my mom twice a year. It's really hard for me because I've lived with her since that day she moved -I'm starting to cry now lol, I'm such a wimp- and it didn't really hit me that she was gone until a couple weeks later and I went into this semi-depression. My mom has been there for me everytime I needed her, she did exactly what the song said "When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years".

Im sorry. And no you arent a wimp for tearing up!

It reminds me of my aunt because she used to always sing it and it reminds me of my uncle because he was killed in a car accident in '03.

It also just reminds me of life and death. Like I dont like listening to it because I think of dying. I am terrified of death so this song always hits me hard.

We weren't close,but after his death,his family and mine got pretty close.

Those songs just mean so much to me.

Simple Plan, was my favorite band, around two years ago.
I don't like them much anymore, but they really got me through awful times I was having with my friends.
Perfect, has always been a great song to me.
And Welcome to My Life, did seem to really be what I was living like. I would turn music on so people couldn't hear me crying. Everyone around me was spoiled kids who got whatever they wanted, they could be happy. They didn't seem to really have problems, or to even care about their problems.
