I like the saysing "Walk of Doom" !

Our tradition is being in Magic Kingdom the last night. I get so depressed when we have to leave that last night. Walking out of magic Kingdom on that last night is my "Walk of Doom"

I sometimes just get this urge to sit down right in the middle of Main Street like a 3yo and refuse to leave !!

Just let me know when you want to do this and I'll join you !! I hate leaving WDW and just want to pout and act like a kid, but I expect my kids to behave . Oh well, there's always next year.

A lady I met in the AKL bathroom said it best. I was trying to clean up for my dinner at Boma and she was there with her daughter changing into her 'plane clothes'. We chatted a little about our trips and when we were leaving. Very sadly, she said "We're leaving today. We're heartbroken." Yep. That about sums it up.

Those were nice words. Thank you. I hope he will include me sometime on a family trip. He has mentioned several times since our trip "I wish we were back at Disneyworld." I'm still planning our next trip!

I get that feeling walking through the MCO concourse to board our plane home, picking our way through the arriving WDW travelers with their big, dumb, Disney grins on their faces. Torture, sheer torture. Nothing to do but to use the flight home to start my 'To Do List' for the next trip.

Yeah it sucks. But just think you were blessed enough to have gone on the trip in the first place! Enjoy it while you can, and think of all your great memories when you get sad.
You know the worst for me is getting off a cruise after being pampered for 7+ days, and walking down the walkway towards the parking lot and passing all the people going on the ship - I get so jealous and I just got off!

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who cries. This past trip we spent the final night at MK and it was an EMH. It was like 1am and we were heading to the exit down Main Street and I started crying and I'm 25! DH couldn't help but laugh at me. I so did NOT want to leave.
