180 pts at $12,600 is a great deal!!!!

Now that's how to sell your DVC quickly, price AKL at $70 per point and it sold right away at timeshare store. Fact is most of the resales have been on there some time.

Just take it down 10 to 15 points and sold. It really only amounts to $1000 or so, guess it's how bad you want to sell it.

Congratulation on your Purchase or Sale at AKL for $70 per point ( I'm not sure if you bought or sold it). It is a Very low price for Animal Kingdom and most likely will trigger a buy back by Disney during ROFR, but if it passes ROFR......WOW.
Over the past 2 years of selling Animal Kingdom we have not had one pass for that price, so most likely this contact will get bought back, but we won't know until Disney reviews it.

A good strategy if you need to sell really quick. The seller has nothing to lose as Disney will most likely exercise ROFR at that price and they still get their asking price. Its probably worth it to eat a couple grand on the sale to get out from under $17,000+ in debt if your budget is hurting.
