Congratulations, Glo! So are you saying there has only been a 2 pound loss in all that time but you lost 10 inches? 'Cuz that is REALLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I think at my 4.5 pound loss my total inches was only 4 3/4 or something, so look at that. You lost waaaaay more inches with 2 pounds than I lost with 4 pounds. Cool!!!!

I am so glad you measure!!! Look at how much total you have lost from "around your belly button"!!! There is no way you can put any "old" pants on and walk around in public without getting arrested (they would fall down to your ankles before you even took a step!) ;)

Keep this up and in just a little over a month there will be ANOTHER 10 inches or so missing from your frame. You are an inches losing fool. Just don't get any shorter (sorry, I couldn't resist! You have permission to kick me in the knee when we eventually meet at WDW to celebrate your victory!) ;)
 
Tig, she would have to kick you in the <i>ankle</i> your knee is to high off the ground ;)

Glo, that is wonderful. You are a shadow of your former self. So are you saying that you decided to go ahead and weigh yourself and lost two pounds? Or are you saying that since the first set of measurements you have only lost two pounds?

Whatever, you are just doing so well! I'm happy for you and proud of you!

That's incredible!!! Seeing a 2 lb. loss could be discouraging, but looking at the measurements is AWESOME!!!

Wow glo those are great numbers. You are definitely an inspiration to keep going.

I know when I've been stepping on the scale I am expecting to see it go down and it hasn't.:( But I did get measured the other day and I did loose a little on the inches.

No Kath, I did not weigh myself. I have only had a 2 lb loss in the last months or so. I did not want to get on the scale yesterday :(

You must feel like a new person since you started this diet!
Keep up the good work. Don't fall back to eating those carbs like I did the first time around. After I went from a size 10 to a 4 I started eating carbs and sweets. I ended up being a size 12. Now I'm back on Atkins (vegetarian style).
I hope people learn from my mistake, I know I did. I can't believe how carbs and sugar can make me gain so much. They never seemed to bother me when I was younger.
