THAT’S NO JOKE!

But the waits to get into the land... hopefully ends this week ...?

Summer, schools out, one way in/out, not huge land ..... I just have a bad feeling about that. Hopefully I'm wrong since I go in three weeks but ..... not feeling confident. Me personally could care less but DS has been waiting for this for awhile - not as much as SWL but he'll still want to go.

But the waits to get into the land... hopefully ends this week ...?

I wouldn't anticipate a wait to get into the land after the next day or 2. Today might be the only day for it.

If you have a FP though and there's a wait to enter, you can go to a separate line and get in 15 min prior to your FP time

So, we're keeping an eye on wait times at HS today on the MDE app, we'll be there in a little over a week.

ME: SDD is temporarily closed (we see a small rain maker passing thru WDW on the radar), ya'll broke it! (talking to the masses of people there today that can't hear me)

DH: You mean to tell me I just waited 3.5 hours to ride and now its broke? Someone's going to get a bop in the nose... it might be my wife.

We both laughed (no, he's not an abuser, calm down). I just drag him there from time to time & he endures out of his love for my love of WDW.

300 minutes out to the old TGMR

We go in 27 days, and have our HS day in 28 days, and boy am I praying that it eases just a bit (or a lot) after the first week or so. I know that's a lot to ask for, but my DD2 wants to RD EMH so she can ride SDD and I'm just invisioning having to wake up at 5am to get there in time to have a "short" 2-3 hour wait. She insisted on having a Swirling Saucers FP, so we won't have to wait an eternity for that, but I am praying SDD eases a lot because I just can't deal with these numbers.

We’ll be there in 29 days with our HS day in 30.
We have a sdd fp, so I’m thinking to rd for tsm. I’m hoping that tsm has the shortest lines for rd since it’s not a new ride.

I was going to go for one day to check it out, but if this continues I may just skip it. It's cool and everything but I can only imagine how insane it is.

We go in two weeks, we were very fortunate to get fast passes for each of the new TSL rides. Having said that, I'm wondering if they might extend hours at DHS like they do at MK if this keeps up where the land itself is at capacity? We had hoped to eat a breakfast and possibly a lunch at Woody's lunch box, and I am wondering if that also has a huge wait, no seating, etc. (even if you do mobile ordering, etc.). Oh my....our trip was planned months ago--we had assumed TSL would open Memorial Day like Pandora. I am hoping it thins crowds at other parks/attractions. Does anyone know if Pandora was this packed last summer when it first opened? We experienced it in July--and it was busy, but doable.

I can't imagine waiting five hours in line for a two minute attraction, especially with children. We'll be there in seven weeks and plan on heading to HS on two different days of the trip to experience both SDD and Alien Saucers. I'll be interested to see how the opening of Toy Story Land affects crowds throughout the park.

Am I the only one who thinks this land looks ok, but not amazing? I want to see it and ride the rides, but I foresee the wait times to both rides reducing down to under an hour by this time next year. If I didn't have fastpasses to the two rides coming up next month, I would certainly skip it and let the craze die down before checking it out during the summer of '19, before the Star Wars crowds come along.

Over the past two weeks I've spent a lot of time both backstage and onstage TSL and every time I walk in, I discover another detail that I didn't notice previously. I wouldn't say it's amazing, but it's a lot more than ok. If you're a Toy Story fan, and I certainly am, you'll have a smile on your face the entire time you're there.

Ok cool. I am a Toy Story fan, so I am looking forward to visiting it soon. They just set the bar so high with Avatar land that I think it will be hard to top that, especially with toy story land being built with less than half that budget.
