Thanksgiving week

we we are going to be there for three days.... Doing both parks and seaworld... We will be there Thansgiving, Friday and Saturday...then moving to disney... Which parks which days would be best?
Plus looking at the night shows. Which parks have them? Are they worth seeing? Any dinner shows we should catch? We are to 50 plus year olds on our 30 anniversary trip...don't do roller coaster or drops?
Any suggestions would be helpful...

What rides do you do at WDW? We can gauge your thrill level from that.
The Cinematic Spectacular is at US on certain nights only.

november is the one month i haven't been to the darkside.
but from what i have read over the past years, crowds happen after Tday for that weekend.

hopefully someone will post and share their experiences in the park for your time period.
