Thanksgiving week - which parks, which days?

Family of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) staying offsite Nov. 19-24. We are planning 3 park days - no hoppers. One day each MK, EP and HS. Tuesday and Wednesday are MK party nights. We will attend one party night and will buy MK park tickets for that same day (likely Wednesday).

That leaves Monday and Tuesday for the other parks - EP and HS. We are not going to parks on Thursday. TP show both days as equally busy. Is there any reason to choose EP over HS for one day or the other?

I like TP for referring to park hours, events, etc. but the crowd predictions are just guesses so I wouldn't put too much stock in the predictions but I'm going to guess that whole week will be busy at all the parks, even on the party days for MK. If it were me, I'd pick DHS on Monday and Ep Tuesday. No real reason other than DHS is usually more chaotic than Epcot and the closer you get to Thanksgiving, the busier it will be. But I'd gamble that it's a toss up on crowds.

Thanks for your input. I agree that I'm sure it will be busy all week. If I could wait to choose HS based on longer park hours I would, but I think I need to make park reservations before the hours will be posted.

Jollywood Nights is a ticketed event at HS on Monday, November 20. It starts at 8:30 pm, which means you'll get kicked out of the park early if you don't have a ticket. Normally HS would close about 9 that night, but this is a new event and so my guess is it will close around 8 or 8:30 instead.
