Thanksgiving week or Spring Break (mid March)

These are my only options for going due to where my kids are in their schooling. So either Thanksgiving week 2022 or Spring Break 2023. Our spring break is mid March. I am worried that airfare the week of Thanksgiving will be extremely high. But weather wise are these both similar?

Also would the characters and decor during Thanksgiving at Aulani be holiday already? This will be our one and only trip to Aulani. I would prefer to have pictures of them in their Hawaiian outifts.
