Thanksgiving Week goers-What's your plan?

My friends are going with their little ones Thanksgiving week, just for three days, so Monday the 20th to Wednesday the 22nd. They already have an ADR in Norway for the princess lunch on Wednesday, so that will be their Epcot day. They want to do one full day at MK, then the other day will be split between AK and MGM.

So, I'm thinking that they should do MK on Monday, and then the AK/MGM day on Tuesday. That way, they're avoiding the EMH crowds. Also, from what I've heard, that week gets busier as it gets closer to Tday, so doing MK on the earliest day would be better. What do you think of that? What are your plans for those days?

We arrive on the 18th and leave on the 25th. I don't have our itinerary here at home so I won't be much help! We've been to WDW several times so we are very "go with the flow" kinda girls when it comes to crowds. If it gets very crowded then we people watch and take it easy or we leave the parks and go shopping or play mini-golf. This will be a "short" trip for us. We just want to really see the holiday decorations again!

Our Itinerary

11/18 - arrive...should be at the Poly by noon, going to MK that day
11/19 - MK day
11/20 - TL then Epcot, possible IllumiNations cruise
11/21 - MK day, maybe DTD in the evening
11/22 - MGM day
11/23 - AK day, HDDR @ 7:15
11/24 - Epcot day, with CP
11/25 - MK in the morning for a few hours, then leave around 3:30 to catch flight home.
