there is this little area under the turkey that is called the tenderloin of the turkey.....it is little round medalions taht are sooooooo tender and delicious....that is my favorite part of the turkey....but there are only two ......I am the cook therefore I am the stealer of the medalions...hahaha
Both! I love the legs and wings because of the skin (my poor heart). My sister and husband and I fight over ripping the skin off the turkey to see who can get the most. After that I head for the white. Dr. Phil wil not be happy with me on Thursday.
Oh definitely the dark meat. It is so moist and tender and yummy. I love it with cranberry orange relish. When I make turkey salad I mix the white and the dark meat. That really makes it taste great. But for sandwiches I like the white meat.
I prefer white meat and LOVE the skin!!! And, also have to have my handy bottle of heinz catsup on the table too!!! My sisters and I all still eat catsup with our turkey!!
