I have asked this before, but want to see if there are any other suggestions.

We are going down over Thanksgiving. We will arrive on the 26th and stay at an off-site hotel. On the 27th we will be at CSR until the 3rd. We are looking for some place to go for a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

And does anyone know which places are taking ressies furthur than 60 days out. LTT is only taking them 60 days out at this time. The CM looked to see if there was anything listed for it for early ressies for Thanksgiving and found nothing.

Would appreciate any and all suggestions.

The Yacht Club Galley is a good choice.

We did California Grille 2 years ago and loved it. They had a limited menu but DH had beef and I had turkey and trimmings...it was great! For dessert they had pumpkin creme brulee lined with fresh gingerbread....melted in your mouth! That and fireworks, too. We timed it just right so that we watched the fireworks from the deck and then ate a leisurely, quiet dinner...the place really cleared out once the fireworks were done. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Penny2,
Is California Grille at the CR? That sounds like an idea too. We are arriving Wed night and staying off-site. Originally planned to do Seaworld, but plans have changed, so we were going to go to one of the parks instead. We could do MK and catch the monorail to CR for dinner.

We had a lovely 2002 Thanksgiving dinner at Narcoosee's. Our PS was for 7 p.m. but it was a while before we were seated.

The pay-off? The fireworks over the MK and Tinkerbell's flight began as we were eating dessert.

It was a magical Thanksgiving dinner!

If you'd like more info, ask away.

Hi!!! We are also arriving the 26th and staying for five nights at the WL! Our original plan was to do LTT, but after reading about the crowds on Thanksgiving Day we changed our minds. We found out that even with a DEPOSIT on our PS we would not get back into the park after a break if the park is at capacity. We just did not want to chance it and I dont' think my DS can last all day at the park in those crowds.

so now are are planning to do Epcot that day and have our dinner at Chef Mickey's! California Grill sounds great!
I have also heard good things about Whispering Canyon and Prime Time Cafe!
