Thanksgiving pie help please

Hello
I am looking for Thanksgiving pies that can be made and frozen. I should also mention that I am making them with a class of 7th graders so they should be relatively easy. If you have a recipe that you think would work please share it.

This is my chocolate mousse pie but it can be made in any flavor instant pudding comes in.

I large package of INSTANT pudding mix
2 1/2 cups of milk,
1 8oz container of cool whip (Thawed)
1 grapham cracker pie shell

Mix the milk and the pudding together. It will get thicker than normal. Mix in the cool whip. Pour into pie shell. Freeze.

I have made this in chocolate and lemon but any flavor instant pudding will work.

I just made this pie today! It is in the frig right now... super easy, literally took me 5 minutes to put together and when I licked the bowl OMG it is good!
Hmmm... may not be good if any kids have peanut allergies.


Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

* 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
* 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then stir whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
2. Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours until pie is firm.

I was going to post this same recipe! It is so simple & so yummy!!!!
 

Can they be baked before (or after) they're frozen?

I have several frozen apple pies in my freezer now.

Cut up apples, layer some in a bottom pie crust (I buy the pre-made kind that you unroll and put in a pie pan), sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and dot with butter. Repeat until you've used all the apples then top with a top pie crust.

If you're freezing before baking, then it cooks at 400 for about 30 min (watch it). If you're thawing and then baking (or baking right away) 400 for about 15 minutes then lower the temp to 325 and cook for another 30 min (about).

It's not Thanksgiving without apple pie!
 
Thank you I have 4 cooking groups so I am going to use the pudding pie and Apple pie (the peanut butter sound good i think I'll try that at home)
