Thanksgiving Parades at Disney World

My sister swears she's seen snippets broadcast during the Macy's parade of a parade at Disney World. I think that what she's thinking of is the "Parade of Bands". It seems to be at the MK this year. Does anyone have a rough idea of when it would be on Thanksgiving Day, and if there's anything else she might have seen? We like parades.

I know they have the Parade of Bands, but I never realized it was specifically on Thanksgiving!

Disney always has a big presence at the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade. If your sister watched a tv compilation of lots of parades, not just Macy's, she may have seen that. That's usually where you see all the main characters, not NYC.
