Thanksgiving Menu's 2009

We are currently booked at BOMA. Last year's Thanksgiving menu says the had "traditional Thanksgiving" Does anyone know if they also offered the regualr buffet items?

I don't think so. We are donig Mama Melrose thanksgiving day and hoping they don't change their menu. It looks like they haven't in the past. We had a Boma ressie, but din't want turkey and dressing type stuff. if I go there I want the regular menu, and from what I am hearing tey don't have it thanksgiving day.

Well just to post, we are having Turkey-day in our villa @ SSR. Did not want to even try to get into a ADR, because I am sure I would have to take somewhere I do not even like.

We were there 2 years ago on t-day and will be there again this year. They had both traditional Thanksgiving food and alot of their regular buffet items too. It was a nice mix.

What about the Spirit of Aloha? Does anyone know if they change their menu on Tg?? I booked this but I don't want it if it is a traditional TG meal.

Yes, it was listed for last year as change. I sounded like thanksgiving with a Hawaiian twist.

Thanksgiving 2007 we slept in late and then had a nice turkey lunch at POP. It wasn't great but we did enjoy it. Plenty of food. We then went to EPCOT and just walked around.

This year I am thinking of getting up early and taking any of the kids that wants to do a quick park. Get back for lunch at POP and then heading out to a park.

Dis ney has the menus. If you call wdww-dine and ask for a specific location they will read the menu. SO why can't someone get these and post them??

I am booked for WC but they didn't tell me the menu. I'm going to call and ask. Thanks Scott. I'll see if they can email it to me but not sure about that.

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining. Roxanne was not sure and about San Angel and double checked with a manager. She said it is NOT doing Thanksgiving menu's there so anyone wanting untraditional, this is an option.

WCC is doing their traditional Thanksgiving feast for both lunch and dinner as usual. It is still served family style and that is why we were doing this one in the first place, with 8 of us, the table is nearly always missing someone at buffets.

Can you expand a little on the menu (like me waist :rotfl:) . We are doing WCC this year but would like to know more of what will be served. There will be 9 of us. I like all of us being able to sit at one table for the holidays.

I would also like to know the menu at WCC. We are eating there with our group of 10 for Thanksgiving dinner.

We too are having our Thanksgiving dinner at WCC this year. When I called and booked it, the CM was nice enough to read me off the entire menu....here is what I can remember....

Traditional smoked turkey and ham
Traditional dressing/stuffing
mashed potatoes
sweet potato casserole
seasonal vegetables
cranberry relish
pumpkin pie

I know there were more side accompaniments, but I can't remember them. She kept saying it was all "traditional fare". I cannot remember if the ribs were included, but I think they are. We can't wait!!!

No. I called and had the lady read me the WC menu to make sure it was what I thought it was. They have them all right there. :confused3

Probably doing a small turkey luncheon @ the timeshare then off to a park with the boys... most of our ADR's are earlier in the week.

I would go ahead and call disney Dining and have them check the menus to see if any of their restaurants are showing a Thanksgiving menu.

And it will be the best meal on site !!!
