Ok...we are definitely cooking and eating. But we're toning things down a little. here's the plan so far:
CHICKEN and dressing (not a huge turkey this year!)
Corn
Mashed potatoes
Spiced Fruit (hot)
rolls
and a couple choices on desserts.
maybe more, but that's probably the core of the meal. You can definitely get way off track, but my feeling is that Thanksgiving, like any day, should be about portion control, not giving up everything! If I can just stick with one trip through, I'll be Ok!
