Thanksgiving Lunch

We are coming up quickly on the 90 day window for thanksgiving and I was wondering if I should worry about making a PS on the 90 th day at Sci-Fi for lunch on Thanksgiving.

You should make PS arrangements for ANY meal you want to eat on Thanksgiving day!

Many of the resorts have special Thanksgiving meals: Swan/Dolphin definitely, and I think Contemp or GF if I'm not mistaken. They have traditional turkey with fixins at reserved times throughout the day. If you plan on the parks for a meal...hit the phones on 90days. I don't know if these resort meals are announced that early out. You can ask WDWdining when you call. For holiday PS, they do take CC, but you can cancel upto 48 hrs without penalty.

We went to Garden Grill last year for Thanksgiving Dinner and really enjoyed it. It was well worth the money we paid.

The atmosphere was great - revolving restaurant, plus the added benefit of the characters. Chip, Dale, Mickey & Pluto all stopped at our table even though it was myself, DH & DD (16). It was the first character meal we had ever done and my DH really enjoyed it.

But whichever restaurant you decide on, call bright & early on the 90 day mark. We had originally decided on LTT, but I forgot the day to call & missed getting in, luckily we had picked Garden Grill as a back up just in case.

When we went, we got there a little early and were in within a minute or two and did not have to wait for our PS time.
