Thanksgiving--do they usually blackout holidays from special deals?

I was wondering IF they come out with a special deal, will the holiday periods be excluded?

Usually they are excluded...however even if they are not specifically excluded there will probably not be any availability for Thanksgiving weekend at a discounted rate....although sometimes you can snag a discount at a peak time with a slightly earlier check in date.....i.e., if you wanted to check in on Wed or Thur there would be no availability, however if you checked in on Tuesday then the special might be available and would apply for the length of your stay.

it can go either way....chances are slim you ill be able to snag a discount...but hey...stranger things have happened!!

yes - there are sometimes blackout dates.....there was an email code out a while back for the fall & I think the blackout was Nov 19 thru the 26th. HOWEVER, if you begin you vacation BEFORE the 19th, you can get the discounted rate for your stay & you are not blacked out.

I just made reservations last week for the 23-26 and it is 356.00 for All Star Music..

Well, discount or not I'm heading down there that exact week Nov 20-25. Staying at the Contemporary for the first time!!

Sometimes they are but it was not for AAA discount or for the BRP discount. As of right now there are no general codes.
