What are some restaurants you would choose for Thanksgiving Dinner? Does it make a difference that we have 16 people in our party for some restaurants?

Thank you for any suggestions.

Jeremy

Can't help you on the number of people in your party, but a few years ago we had a Thanksgiving dinner buffet at the Yacht Club. It was pretty good, but very crowded. The adults liked it more than the kids; we actually had the younger ones order grilled cheese sandwiches after they looked at the buffet! it was no problem with our waiter.
We had a party of 10 and had no problem getting ps.

We have eaten Thanksgiving dinner at Crystal Palace twice and will probably eat there again this year. Now, this means you have to join the zoo of people at MK, but my mom likes to do this park this day so we do. It's a sentimental thing for her. We have had a party of 11 and 15. We did have to take either the first or last dinner seating to be guaranteed we are seated together- at tables next to each other. This was not a problem, we ate breakfast in the castle both times and skipped lunch. I had no problem getting a PS, but I did call 90 days out. I would recommend calling 90 days out with a party of 16. The first or last seating for dinner was only for parties of 12 and over I believe, we did not have to do this with a party of 11. They transferred us to group dining.
Another favorite on turkey day is LTT, but I believe this is very difficult to get for that day.
Good luck!

We were there for Thanksgiving 2002, and ate at the Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. It was a great place for Thanksgiving. We all had the pilgrims feast (which is on the menu all year) and with the colonial atmosphere we had a great time. I did call at 7am on the first day I could make a ressie for it, as I knew it would fill up fast.:D

LTT sounds like a great choice, if I can get us in. Has anyone ever ate at AKL for Thanksgiving.

We ate at 1900 Park Fare for TG dinner last year. The food was good, but it was pretty crowded and noisy. (I'm sure most places are on TG day!) As others have said, it is important to call the first day - and call EARLY - if you want to be sure of getting a particular place. I know that LTT is very popular as is Chef Mickey's. Good luck with wherever you choose!
