How were the portions? Was it family style, so you could get more? Have a 15 yr. old son and 19 yr. old son both over 6' so you can guess they eat a lot. We had Thanksgiving dinner at Rose 'n Crown a couple of years ago and the WERE NOT satisfied. Not nearly enough for them.Last year, my family had Thanksgiving Dinner at the California Grill-- easily the best meal of our lives. We had a table with a perfect view of the castle, and it was nice to relax outside of the busy theme parks. It felt like we were celebrating Thanksgiving together rather than just eating turkey in the middle of a vacation. Dinner was incredible, they offered a traditional Turkey dinner with gravy, the best mashed potatoes I've ever had on property, asparagus, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. I highly recommend it.

For your crew perhaps Biergarten will fulfill all your wants. They serve roast turkey on T-Day along with their regular buffet menu that includes apple strudel.Looking for suggestions for Thanksgiving Dinner anywhere on property. Will have two, older teenage, growing boys who eat A LOT! Have been to Rose 'n Crown in the past for Thanksgiving and it was not nearly enough for them. Looking for traditional Thanksgiving meal. Also, is there anywhere that serves apple pie? TIA

Let me attach a photo for reference! It was individually plated and not all-you-care-to-enjoy, unfortunately, BUT I found that it was more than enough food for me! They gave the perfect amount of everything on the plate.

Thank you. Very helpful! That serving would probably beat me, but my husband says that I now eat like a small "eater"...and I know my spouse would be getting a 2nd plate after that serving...as would my own oldest boys...
So, I bet that probably wouldn't work for OP, even though it looks great!
PS - And it's the turkey they'd frown the most about - they'd see that turkey serving as an app portion on Thanksgiving day...
This is a list of restaurants throughout WDW that had special holiday meals last year. Wouldn't be surprised if most of them do the same this coming Thanksgiving and Christmas:Does Whispering Canyon Café at Wilderness do a Thanksgiving meal? Is it buffet/family style if so?
