My mom decided yesterday to surprise us all with a trip to Disneyland this year for Thanksgiving. She asked me to call today for reservations and the only thing we could get was PCH Grill for 5 at 7:10pm. We're good with that but I was wondering if anyone has had Thanksgiving Dinner there before? The only descriptions I've read are that they do a "Traditional" dinner buffet. Question is what's traditional? For us it's turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, sweet taters, cranberry sauce, etc.

For those of you who've dined there at Thanksgiving what did you eat/see?

I rather excited...it's been 5 years since my last trip to Disneyland.

I'm dining at PCH Grill for Thanksgiving! I expect the same things you've listed as "Traditional". I'd like to hear if the menu is different than that.

Anyone?

I found this from laughingplace.com for Thanksgiving meals offered, I'm assuming it's for this year...sounds yummy!:)

Disney’s PCH Grill
Popular Disney Characters will visit with guests while they enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet. Restaurant Chef Chad Krahling will prepare traditional Thanksgiving dishes and more. The menu will include free-range turkey and roasted prime rib of beef carved to order, honey baked ham, grilled salmon, apple raisin stuffing and all the holiday trimmings. Special menu items for kids will be available.

Price: $39.00 for adults, $13.95 for kids (ages 4-11), $3.95 for kids (age 3 and under), plus tax and gratuity.

Thanks for that listing.

Has anyone actually ever had Thanksgiving dinner there though?

We are having Thanksgiving at Rainforest Cafe and I have no idea what we will end up eating, lol! But I would expect they to have lots more stuff than what is listed and for it to be Thanksgiving types of foods.

I've eaten at BB I believe three times ON Thanksgiving and it was WONDERFUL and well worth it. We had about 4-5 slices of turkey, stuffing about 2 scoops, a small pumpkin pie, veggies and some cranberry. My only request was there wasnt enugh gravy and I kept having to ask for more. That is the only place we have eaten and this year we are going to eat at the DLH ballroom with all the characters. We are vey excited.

Luvlikepi,

I'm not sure if you want more info on the specific Thanksgiving meal, or just wondering how the PCH is for food....

If you are worrying if the meal will be good, I haven't had Thanksgiving dinner there, but have eaten there before, and the food was really yummy - I felt one of the better places at DLR.

HTH!
