If you were at WDW last year during Thanksgiving and had the dining plan, can you tell me where you ate and whether the DP covered any of the special dinners offered?
My friends are going as a large family group (13) and will be there for Thanksgiving. They are renting points and staying in 2 villas and will be purchasing the dining plan. Since they are arriving late on their first night, they are planning on saving a TS credit and using it later in the week. Their thought is to take 2 credits and go to Yachtsman for Thanksgiving dinner. According to allears from last year, Yachtsman, as well as many others, had prix fix Thanksgiving dinner menus. Does anyone know if they are covered under the dining plan or would that be an exception?
Any help would be appreciated. They are still outside their 180 day window, but I want him to be ready to make reservations as soon as he can.
