Thanksgiving day park

Going again to WDW in November 2018. DH wanted two Ohana dinners and two water park visits. How are the water parks on Thanksgiving day? What park is the busiest on Thanksgiving? If water park is open and the weather is good I think we may want to do water park and ohana rather than deal with the more crowded parks. What's your opinion?

I've been wondering about Typhoon Lagoon crowds on Thanksgiving afternoon as well. Of course it's quite temperature dependent.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think in November, only one of the water parks are open. They usually have one shut down for refurbishments during the slower water park months. For the first part of winter, one park is closed and then during the other half it opens as the other park opens. I think they switch it up year to year on which park is closed first.

Typhoon Lagoon for Thanksgiving this year, 3rd year in a row...sigh. It should not be overly crowded compared to everywhere else in the parks that day.
