Thanksgiving crowds

Last year we enjoyed a Christmas holiday trip to WDW, courtesy of my father. Everyone had fun, but it was very crowded. We are now considering going the week or so before Thanksgiving 2007--leaving the Thursday before, coming back on Thanksgiving. Are the crowds any better than the week between Christmas & New Year's? I can't imagine it would be any worse!!

The closer you get to the actual day of Thanskgiving, the more crowded it becomes! The brginning of the week is OK, but by Wednesday it's a madhouse!
