Thanksgiving break?

We're considering a Florida trip in 2011. We thought we'd do a day or two at Disney (we have no expiration passes with some days left), and a couple days at Universal. Is it very busy over Thanksgiving at Universal? (we would not be staying on site at either WDW or Universal. We're too cheap!)

It will be very busy since Harry Potter will be open by then.
