thanksgiving at vero beach????????

For Thanksgiving my family (including my mother and father) had planned to go to our small family cabin in NC. We've been planning this for months. Unfortunately (long story omitted), my rather toxic grandmother has decided she wants to go and doesn't really want us there ...she doesn't want little kids around.

So...that leads us to this post! My mother is teacher, my father also works hard and we are all desperate for some sort of break. I know there is no hope in any of the WDW DVC resorts, but what do you think about Vero Beach?? Does anyone think we have any shot at anything DVC...or should we just search for something else?

I think you are asking the wrong person! Call MS immediately and find out if there is something available. Having your family with small children omitted from Thanksgiving seems to contradict what the day is all about. By all means plan something wonderful for your family and your parents and stay away from those who don't want you around. Good Luck!!
